-The Kona Tower of the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club will be undergoing renovation and exterior painting from Jun. 23, 2025, through Dec. 18, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

-There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

-Valet and On-site parking fees will be $45 daily from April 1, 2023.
