Welcome to Bella Vista Resort, a paradise in Marble Falls, TX. Covering 8 acres, our resort is perfect for large family gatherings, corporate retreats, or other events. Enjoy three beautifully furnished houses and a Clubhouse, an incredible 50 ft by 21 ft infinity-edge pool (not heated) with a spacious hot tub, fireplace, swim up bar and outdoor kitchen. Enjoy endless entertainment with two pickleball courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court and a playground for nonstop fun.

Withaccommodations for up to 46 guests (47 guests with a sofa bed if requested prior) across three private homes, including the stunning Main House (Bella Vista) and two charming casitas, everyone can stay comfortably while being just steps away from each other.

Bella Vista - 18 people (19 people if requested)

Bella Vista is the main house that can sleep up to 18 people (19 people if requested) in 7 bedrooms. This house is located near the river and has access to a newly constructed Infinity pool and hot tub. This house has a spacious living room and kitchen perfect for large group gatherings. The kitchen provides brand new state of the art appliances with a coffee bar. The house also includes a game room with a fully customized Texas themed pool table. Enjoy the large wrap around balcony which gives a view out to the beautiful Colorado river and overlooks the Infinity pool.

The Infinity pool is about 50 ft by 20 ft and ranges from a depth of 3 ft to 6 ft. The pool has posts for you to set up a volleyball net which is provided for some water volleyball. The pool cannot be heated. The pool has a swim up kitchen with premium grills and outdoor appliances. The pool has lots of outdoor sitting options for those who want to relax under the sun. The lounge chairs, pool chairs, or the fire pit are all viable options to sit near for those who don't want to get wet.

Bella Rio is the other house provided on the property. Located next to the main house (Bella Vista), Bella Rio can sleep up to 10 people. This house has a scenic view of the great Texas Hill Country. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house. The house also comes with a living room and kitchen. You can relax in the backyard with outdoor seating and enjoy the nice view of the Colorado River.

Bella Casa is a newly renovated house which offers the perfect blend of modern and comfortable living. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Bella Casa provides ample space for families, friends, or groups to relax and recharge. The expansive living room features stylish furnishings and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with complete modern appliances and all the essentials you need. Lastly, step outside to enjoy the vast lawn, perfect for outdoor activities, or simply enjoying in the serene surroundings.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is where all the fun is located. You can enjoy your own private gym with new and premium gym equipment. The Clubhouse also includes a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, air hockey table, and foosball table. You can relax and enjoy watching some TV with the 85 wall mounted television.

But the fun doesn't end there, outside the Clubhouse you can find the brand new corn-hole set, volleyball, basketball, and pickleball courts, and etc ready for use. There is also a playset with slides and swings for children to enjoy!

The Clubhouse has a Refrigerator, Sink, and Coffee Bar.

Filtered water on the property but not recommended for drinking.

8 Seat dining table in Bella Vista, 6 seat dining table in Bella Rio, and 8 seat dining table in Bella Casa. Each house has many other seating options such as barstools.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub:
50 Foot Swimming Pool with water features and posts for optional water volleyball and 12 person Spill-Over Hot Tub. The pool cannot be heated. The Pool area has Pool Towels for use in the Cabinet outside and also has an outdoor kitchen attached with a 75’’ Outdoor TV.

Outdoor Living:
Outdoor Kitchen equipped with Grill & Cooking Station, Mini-Refrigerator, Wood Fireplace, Propane Fire Pit with Seating, Lounge Chairs, Pool Chairs, Swing, Hammock, Lighted Water Fountain, and Sufficient Property Outdoor Lighting.
