Relax in Five Star Resort, minutes from Walt Disney World and other attractions.

Westgate has so much to offer - numerous pools, a waterpark, mini golf, volleyball, tennis, basketball, bike rental, arcade, movie theater, a couple of restaurants on site. Our family has vacationed here for spring break for many years. We stay in the villas. They are a little dated, but have everything you need.

Alice was wonderful she helped with all the questions. This is a great place to stay with kids. We didn't do anything except stay at the resort and we had plenty to do.

We had a wonderful time. Great property and Alice was wonderful to work with.

Great stay

We had a great visit! The resort is located in a great area. Close to most attractions in Orlando. A lot to do at the resort. Our room was very large and accommodated our family very well. The property manager was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. She was informative on all the information we needed for checking in and the use of the water park. We were very pleased with our stay. We will definitely stay there again and I hope to use the same property manager in the future.

This property is literally minutes from the WDW parks. We've been to WDW numerous times and this was our first time staying off site. I was amazed how much quicker & easier it was to get to the parks on our own as opposed to relying on Disney's transportation. While we spent most of the week at the parks, we did take one afternoon off and enjoyed the waterpark. The property was clean and well kept. The only complaint we had was the lack of bell carts. Our unit was on the 8th floor so getting stuff for 6 people up there was quite an endeavor with no cart. It was a gripe I heard frequently from other guests checking in/out throughout the week. My overall opinion, is that I would book through this host (Alice) again.

I recently had an great experience working with a host who provided exceptional customer service. Alice’s responsiveness was impressive, and she was committed to ensuring that our experience was a positive one. She promptly responded to all of my inquiries.. I highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive service. Additionally, the resort was perfect for a family vacation. We had a great time enjoying the amenities. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this resort to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The family and I enjoyed our time at the property and all the extra space in our room. Alice was a great host, quick to respond and fix any issues that may arrive.
