Stayed Jul 1, 2025Amazing location near Universal parks. Lots of food option near by. Nice pool ans hot tub. 2 king size was amazing. Includes microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishes. Prefect as we were making our own breakfast every morning.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Overall, just as advertised. Really appreciated the free parking and how close it is to Universal. The privately owned rooms at a hotel thing is a little odd, but is just a way to get around local ordinances that outlaw private residence rentals that might compete with the theme park hotels. This particular one is nice and is much like a large hotel room, except there is a kitchenette and does not have daily maid service. Heed the owners warning that it is not recommended for more than a week. After a few days, the towels and trash start to backup and the sheets start to feel like they need a cleaning, but the kitchenette with little fridge and coffee maker is great.

The in-room amenities, as well as the property amenities, were everything - and more - needed for making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun! (I’ve never seen a room with two king size beds!) Communication with Tom was great - always a quick, informative reply. Check out was even easier! The pool area and bar were a plus - drinks and food prices were reasonable. A spa, pool table, foosball and gym were on site, as well as in-room massages offered! This property is close to main routes, great restaurants, activities, and shopping. I’d definitely book again with Tom!
