Stayed May 13, 2025BED BUGS!I checked in, unpacked, pulled back the sheets, started ironing, and saw a bed bug near the pillow. I took pictures, imaged search to confirm my suspicion, then killed it with the iron.No other place to go in the area, I had to accept another room. The next day the hotel let me know they brought in pest control and the results for bed bugs was negative. I did not appreciate that, it felt like gaslighting. Additionally, there was no offer of refund or discount applied. I had to accept a much smaller room with many less features because of the bed bug. They are not open at the point to any financial consideration.I have added this property to the BED BUG registry.

Stayed Oct 16, 2018Staff was very accommodating, the rooms were nice and large, and the location of the hotel was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
