Stayed Jun 20, 2022When we get to the hotel. the front desk told us that we have no reservation. it does not show anything on their system. I called Vacay Home Connect and told them what happened . and they just told us it shows on their system and they booked it threw the corporate and gave me confirmation number which did not exist on the hotel system. After hour and the half I gave up and booked the room straight from them right on the spot with my credit card, because my kids were waiting in the lobby. Then came Veronica who worked at the hotel and promised me that she will take care of everything next day. Next morning Veronica called me and got all the emails and information of vacay home connect and took care off everything. I tried to call Vrbo few times but after waiting for almost and hour each time I gave up. The hotel was perfect. Stuff was great and nice . pool was clean and rooms were big and Nice. Loved the hotel and enjoyed my stay. Check in was a horrible experience but thank God the rest of the vacation was good. Thanks To Veronica again for everything. beautiful person.

Stayed Mar 31, 2022My husband and I have been clients of VRBO for years but this was the first time using a 3rd party when reserving the Plaza in Palm Springs. We did not have a good feeling not being able to see our reserved condo at the time you reserve.. You are given your condo at the moment of arrival. Except when arriving at the Palm Springs location we were told we DID NOT show a reservation. For only the wonderful Miss Lauren at reception took immediate care and let us check in early and gave us a gorgeous room overlooking the golf course. She said there was a computer glitch but from that moment on we had nothing but 5 star service. Beautiful clean pools, hot tubs and a lovely time! We will return! Tom and Julie Faas

Stayed Jul 4, 2019We needed to get away from Los Angeles due to our dogs. We have a very nice and quiet 4th of July with no fear of our dog getting sick or worse from a 4th of July in L. A.
