Stayed Jan 19, 2024Very disappointed. Received an email stating due to unforeseen circumstances. Our reservation has been canceled. The only option they had for us was a hotel room. Six people originally booked in a two bedroom two bath now stayed in a hotel room with one bathroom. Unacceptable.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023The day we were to arrive, we received a voicemail that they could not keep our reservation and to call back to be rebooked elsewhere. We were relocated to two hotel rooms. This was not at all what we wanted as we had booked this place for the separate sleeping areas, living area, and kitchen, etc. The hotel we were booked in was a nice Hilton, but it was just two rooms with no kitchen or living area, and we had to figure out parking. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. The customer service people we spoke to were very nice and friendly, but everything else was a fail.
