We enjoyed the mini golf and the arcade room. The apartment was perfect for our stay.

The place awesome

The two bedroom unit was very spacious and allowed all of us to get together for games and meals.

Cleanliness and convenience to all the things to do. Also really enjoyed the amenities the resort had. The only thing that was the check in process was as very long.

The place very clean secured made us feel very safe and comfortable.

Place was clean. Property was well-kept.

Very nice property; However, there were 2 major discrepancies in the listing: 1) THE PRICE LISTED DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL FEES, AS VRBO CLEARLY STATES in the listing. We had even messaged VRBO asking if it included the resort amenties, and were assured that what we paid to VRBO did indeed include that 7/day fee. This was not the case when we arrived at the resort & checked in. 2) THE LISTING SAID THE SECOND ROOM COULD BE EITHER 2 BEDS OR 1. When we arrived & requested 2 beds in one of the rooms, they said there was only 1 King in each room. It was not a big problem for our group, but it could be a problem with some people traveling together.

Great stay. Spacious and clean. Easy to use wristbands. Friendly staff.

Location was perfect. The only complaint I have is of the sitting arrangement in the living room. The sofa was good but the other 3 chairs are less than ideal for relaxing in. Less than comfortable. As far as I know all units have the same seating. If you don’t want to relax in the living room then it’s perfect for you. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Property is fantastic. Filled with mini golf, FREE arcade, pools, free movie theater, corn hole, axe throwing, tennis, pickle ball etc. Always something to occupy your time. Check in is quick and friendly, full apartment like facility. Kitchen is fully stocked. We've been here 4 times and will go back again.

Enjoyed the stay and location, however the pressure to listen to a sales pitch for a time share was unexpected.

I was completely caught off guard while checking in I was told prior to receiving my keys to our unit, I had to go listen to a timeshare sells pitch. You are asked for credit card information essentially locking you into a 90 minute timeshare pitch or donating 60! Then when we entered to building for our rental we were greeted with trash in the stairwell and a bag full of diapers! We entered the rental to dated furniture, a stale smell and dirty carpet! If I could have left a rating of zero I would have. I would never stay at this property or recommend to anyone.

Great location and activities

I didn't realize when we booked this property it was part of a Wyndham Resort. When we arrived for check in, the lobby was very chaotic and we waited for more than 30 minutes to be checked in and the staff tried to guilt us into going to a time share like presentation the next day (in order to get a slight discount on Colonial Williamsburg tickets). This left us feeling quite stressed going into our vacation. We had hoped to use the pool, but it was way to crowded (this was 4th of July week, so maybe they were more crowded than usual). In our room the toilets, coffee maker and ice maker were all broken. They did come repair the broken items fairly quickly though, but it was annoying to have so many not functioning items. The location was great & the amenities (mini golf, pool, etc) would have been nice if not so crowded. I probably would choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

**BEWARE** This property is a timeshare. It does not say so in the listing, but they will try to sell you a timeshare. The property itself is clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We were pleased with the location and the amenities offered.The check-in process was frustrating. It was very loud in there and it was difficult to hear. On top of that, we were pressured into attending a timeshare meeting during our stay.

I stayed there to attend my son’s graduation with my mom, sister, and daughter. We had a good experience with the stay and felt safe until Saturday night. Saturday night, we were in the room talking about my son’s graduation and about the kids’ childhood memories. We were laughing and having a good time. Around 11:45, we heard a loud banging on our door. I was so scared and was very close to call the cops but my mom and sister stopped me and comforted me. That was something ruined our entire stay. I seriously wish these things will be prevented in future.

Centrally located, clean, friendly staff, well appointed condos.

Overall the apartment was very nice. The rooms were big and the location was convenient. I did not like that upon arrival (which you could not check in until 4pm and check out was 10am), I was asked to go to a seminar about the place. The manager guaranteed that is was not a timeshare ploy, but it felt like that.

We used to own a time share in this facility so we knew what to expect, including the sales pitch at check-in. There is one! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill outside our condo! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were good and we actually had 2 king beds in our unit. We were expecting one bedroom with a queen bed. Nice surprise! I would recommend staying here if you you’re looking for a good deal on accommodations in Williamsburg!

Excellent condo in a great location in Williamsburg. Played putt putt on site at the resort. They have other great amenities too and the whole place is well kept.

Enjoyed our stay. The complex had nice facilities. Located in a great area for our sightseeing and eating. Floor plan was great. Clean, but needed updating on carpets, cabinets, furniture. Toilets required plunging. Water pressure was just adequate in showers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The sales pitch at the beginning is not fun at all but I was bracing for it. Check out was super easy. It would have been nice to have coffee filters since they did provide coffee and a coffee maker.

The listing did not say it was a timeshare community and we would be subjected to sales presentations and offers. The pictures did not match the interior of the unit. The furniture, carpet, appliances, and decor were dated and need an urgent upgrade. Will not trust listings again.

Loved it ! Clean, lots of things to do on site ! Excellent communication
