Stayed Aug 27, 2017I found it annoying that we were constantly being asked about buying a time share. We could not attend events that were being held if we did not go to a time share meeting. I had no idea the room would only be cleaned every 3rd day. Also on top of paying for the room having to pay for parking was ridiculous. The establishment was clean and to me that was the only thing it had going for it.

Stayed Dec 9, 2016The room we stayed in is not one that is depicted in the pictures. It was very dark, but it was clean. I was happy to have the kitchenette. We had our car broken in to one time in Anaheim at a different hotel, and I didn't have to worry about that at this one. The cars seem to be a little more protected here. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, in fact we were given a free appetizer coupon from a valet for McCormick and Schmick that we used at the restaurant right around the corner. Close proximity to great restaurants. We were looking for something close to the Anaheim Sports Center, and this hotel is perfect for that. I would recommend staying here, just know that the pictures might not accurately reflect the room you are in.

Stayed Jul 9, 2016This location is great because it's far enough from Disney that you can escape the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to walk to. The room was comfortable, but a little cramped. The bed was firm and the shower pressure was non existent. Otherwise, the staff was really friendly and even the timeshare lady wasn't too pushy. Would definitely stay again as long as the water pressure is improved.
