Stayed Jun 14, 2021We headed for the mountains to get out of the Valley heat on short notice. We were very impressed with the management communication via texts re: our arrival, stay, concerns, and departure. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations; clean, spacious & quiet. We accomplished our goal to enjoy some fresh mountain air. Will stay here again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2019I booked this room as a last minute get-away for my kids to get them outside and out of the heat. We used all the amenities and here is a quick review of each: Pool was nice and clean but not heated. The hot tub was large enough for plenty of people. There is a separate play pool for little ones and a small playground. The clubhouse had a couple free games for the kids (ping pong, connect-4), and there were pool tables, a small arcade, and an air hockey table: you need to bring quarters for these. The small fishing pond did have bluegill and was fun for my kids. There is a small BBQ grill on the back patio (used this for every meal). Each room had a TV and there was a DVD player. There were only a few shortfalls: Two bedrooms in my room were on the street side so you could hear vehicles passing by. I turned on the fan to mask the sound and that worked fine. Regarding the cooking utensils, there was only one small pan to cook in: If I had known this I would have brought a larger pan. Also, there are little to no baking pans outside of Pyrex even though they have a full size stove. Also, not the typical amenities of a VRBO since this is a Wyndham resort (bring ketchup, mustard, spices, etc.). They did have forks, knives, cups, plates, bowls, and other utensils. Lastly, the room could have been cleaner. I was putting away my groceries and found some old-moldy cookies in the cabinet. In the bathroom, there was some sort of a pill on the floor and I have little kids so this was concerning. Otherwise, it was fine.

Stayed Jul 14, 2017Great Place to Stay! The unit was clean and very well decorated. It was fun to spend some time out of the heat and roam the boardwalks.

Stayed Jul 6, 2017this resort is beautiful. The property is clean and has great amenities. Large units with plenty of room for the entire family! Wifi is only down fall....not very strong....so go expecting to be disconnected and you will love this place!

Stayed Sep 19, 2016This was strange. We left early. The rooms were gorgeous- buf the rest of the situation was disappointing. We were up a big flight of stairs after asking for a bottom level. The room next door was privately owned by someone who smoked SO much that the smell of cigarettes kept wafting into our room, and we were above the saloon,- so Everytime we went out on the balcony overlooking the grounds we heard the kitchen staff swearing up a storms hike they took their smoke breaks... Not great for my 2, 5, and 6 year old!
