Stayed Nov 22, 2024The location of the unit is close to the pool and beach access which was great with small kids! However, you cannot see the beach from this unit. You can see the ocean over the pool and trees but not the beach since you are on level 1. At night there are activities that are very loud if kids are trying to sleep or you are trying to watch tv, the awning also blocks your view. Pricey to rent chairs and umbrella at the ocean. As a lifetime platinum member I asked if the price could be adjusted and I also contacted VRBO almost $2k savings from when I booked to when we stayed and I was told no they wouldn’t work with me. Completely unacceptable. I would suggest the ritz or Marriott down the street. They are more accommodating and in my opinion it is nicer accommodations and more is included.
