After payment, I will update the reservation in your name and send confirmation directly from Marriott.

• Minimum age requirement of primary renter: 21
• Events allowed: Parties and group events are strictly prohibited.
• Pets allowed: No pets allowed.
• Children allowed: Children are allowed and count as an overnight guest.
• Smoking allowed: Smoking is not allowed in the villa or on the property.
• Damages: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guest during your stay.
• Checking-in: Government-issues photo identification and credit card deposit for incidental charges are required at check-in.
