Stayed Jan 23, 2025The swimming pool heater wasn't operating and the front desk person Kalisi (PBX) was not truthful and provide only excuses! The head of maintenance guy Marlon doesn't have the courtesy to return call(s)! I understand he's been there awhile ... and maybe he should be replaced or retire from his duties. We'll certainly consider other options!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025My teenage nephew and I enjoyed his spring break here. It was centrally located which made walking to stores or restaurants a breeze, as well as the beach. We enjoyed the on-site activites such as mini golf, bowling, ping pong, and of course the giant swimming pool. The unit had plenty of space for both of us to be comfortable with him on the pull-out bed and me in the bedroom which had a very comfortable king size bed. Two sliding doors to the balcony, two TVs with cable. Staff as very pleasant. Would be happy to stay again.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, the large rooms, the cleanliness, and the proximity to so many things within walking distance, including the beach boardwalk. I never took my car out of the parking garage. Just one small piece of advice - pay the extra to get oceanview versus scenic view. The one and only thing I was not happy with was the “scenic” view.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024Though we felt misled on just which direction our unit would face, overall, it was a good stay. There was the usual incentives to attend a timeshare presentation so, be aware.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The room was great and better than the pictures. It’s large and accommodated our family. There is a great food truck park next to the property which provided lots of food choices, and a supermarket across the street. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we are in Maui.

Stayed May 12, 2024Epic view over the ocean. Big spacious and clean apartment. Very comfortable, loved the location, loved the hotel. Can’t fault anything, we didn’t want to leave! 100% would stay again. The only thing I would say needs updating is that it isn’t called Diamond resort anymore, it’s Hilton vacation club (I think). Loved it!

Stayed Apr 8, 2024The room had plenty of room for the two of us, with large balcony, bedroom, bathroom, and living room/ dining room and partial kitchen. The view looking east toward the mountain was great, perfect for the sunrise. Would definitely stay again!!
