Stayed Jun 18, 2022Our stay was in June. Hilton Head was very busy but the resort has several pools and we did not feel crowded. All of the staff was friendly and the resort was clean. Unfortunately the fitness center was being renovated but the resort did set up a room with some weights and cardio equipment. My only complaint about this property was the restaurant. There is only one restaurant and it is mainly bar food, no room service. Extremely disappointing after staying at Marriott Vacation Club in St. Thomas where restaurant had themed dinner nights etc. The resort had a ton of activities for kids,tie dyed shirts, ice cream socials, cornhole and Mario Kart tournaments.

Stayed Jun 26, 2021The property itself was clean, offered tons to do throughout our stay, and even though full, not crowded. The only issue was roaches in our room - YUCK! They did come and spray.
