Stayed Jun 29, 2019The Marriott SurfWatch was a great location for our family. This was our first visit to HHI. We rented the 2 bedroom villa and it was more spacious than it looked in the photos online. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The resort staff are all very friendly and helpful. We called the day we arrived to reserve a cabana for a day during our trip but did not receive a call back. A regular visitor told us we needed to call at least a week before our arrival - so keep that in mind. One of the pools was closed for a couple of days during the week (not sure why) which made finding a spot at the pool closer to us more difficult. Otherwise the pool area was great and no more crowded than I expected during a holiday week. We really enjoyed all of the activities put on by the staff during the week as well.
