Stayed Dec 27, 2024Pool has two bars, activity center for kids is one of the best ones I've seen at Vacation clubs. Upgraded windows leads to a quieter stay. Staff is terrific

Stayed Dec 22, 2022Overall the place was nice. We were told we would have a ocean view we had a dumpster/parking lot view, it was disappointing to say the least for how much we spent on the room for a week. They did work with me but could not move me and only gave me a $75 credit for our account, which doesn't cover much as the prices at the one restaurant and bar were high, The walking distance restaurants and bars were down a dark road and a lot of homeless around, not what was expected at all. We had a small trailer we hauled down from Ohio with motorcycles and our stuff, they would not let us park it, even though it would have fit in ONE parking spot. We luckily had stayed at the Hilton a few days before check in and they were kind enough to let us keep it there for the week, because no one had room at storage facilities. That was extremely disappointing, Hilton accommodated us and we only stayed with them for 2 days. It was a pain to deal with. Overall the consensus of our large group who booked 4 rooms is that we will not be back in future years to this location.

Stayed Feb 18, 2022Room was good but the race to get pool chairs was annoying but not surprising given it was a school vacation week in the northeast. Beach was great but keep in mind the extra cost for chairs for each day.
