Stayed May 8, 2022This resort was wonderful and luckily Marriott did their best to accommodate our family but we had several issues with this property management company. We were not informed of pool closers and the manager was extremely rude and condescending towards me on the phone which left us feeling unheard and frustrated. I would recommend this resort but booking either direct or with any other management. Just warning in case of any issues. They do not care about the customer at all!

Stayed Feb 20, 2022Accommodations were very nice. Bathrooms could use some updates. The outside property is amazing! Staff was fantastic! We did reservations for dinner every night and bought groceries (for majority) breakfast and lunch. Highly recommed!

Stayed Dec 24, 2021The hotel is was in a perfect location. We liked that it was in a quieter area but only a short walk to the busier section near Whalers Village that had a ton of shopping and food options. Our room and ocean view were also great.
