Stayed Dec 31, 1969Unit is very outdated. Could use paint and wall maintenance. Furniture is uncomfortable. Appliances are loud. It is a great location and great view of the lake. But, be prepared to smell dope on the balcony as you enjoy the view as well in the elevators. Not the owners fault on that one. I was there for work and not entertainment so my view might be a little different.

Stayed Feb 17, 2021Dishwasher leaked, furniture was all broken down hard to sit on, only one chair on balcony, showers had little to no water pressure Took 4 calls to the front desk to get someone to reset the breaker for hot water first time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From a fantastic sunrise to Disney fireworks at night this property has it all. Beautiful lake view with nice pools to lounge by everyday.

Stayed Feb 11, 2020Just finished two weeks in the unit. Pro's: We found it clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive and accommodating. Great views of the lake from the balcony. The most incredible Moonrises we've ever seen. Less than 2 miles to Disney Springs for free parking and free transportation to the other parks. Con's: The unit is a little dated. Appliances, cookware and utensils need updating With the outstanding views, deck furniture could be more comfortable. Overall, we we're happy with the until and will surely keep it on the Orlando Condo list!

Stayed Feb 7, 2020I was concerned when I saw the other review but when I checked in, the place was perfectly clean and comfortable. Yes, it could use some updating but comparing to the other unit pricing in the same building, this is a fair deal. Clean, safe, comfortable and everything you need to spend time in Orlando.

Stayed Jan 31, 2020Overall I would discourage staying at this property. Best part of this property was the view from the patio. That's where it ends though. This property DESPERATELY needs an overhaul. The furniture is extremely worn, stained and had a dirty/oily feel about them. Patio furniture looks like it was taken out of a dumpster. There was some sort of sour/garbage smell coming from the bedroom and bathroom. To the point that we had to buy an air freshener. The kitchen was no better. Sink was filthy, the refrigerator was rusty, yes rusty... Will not be staying here again.
