La Mansión Penthouse at Marina Sol Resort in Cabo -1 1/2 block walk to the Beach

Pros: location was good. Walking distance to beach, marina, Walmart, several restaurants and Mall. Resort pool was nice and enjoyed the spa.Cons: Hot water wasn’t consistent, NO balcony, NO water view of any kind, Hot tub at resort never worked!

Pros: safe & easy walk to the beach, Super clean! Beds are comfortable, the couch & living space was clean & decor was perfect! AC worked great! Door a lil tricky but easy to get in & out, welcome drinks in fridge, 1x 1 free drink per person at the bar near the pool. At the pool bar Always 2 for 1 house margaritas. Front desk attendant helpful & kind. Elevator functional & clean - lots of space, pool & property was clean, lots of clean towels. Detergent to wash, utensils & plates all fully stocked. Walmart diagonal from Marina sol. Walking distance to mall, local bank if need to exchange, & the main boulevard. Lots of great reasonable priced restaurants compared to beach front restaurants.Cons: WiFi was weak, TV not working in couple bedrooms, they ask you to pay 50 US Dollars for key card when checking in not necessary easy walk around the property. No windows in bedrooms, The service at the pool was terrible! Not once did they ask my family if they could grab us a drink or anything. Outside staff were NOT friendly-noticed they were kind to the regulars & provided service to them vs acknowledging us while we were there, Unfortunately no view or balcony.

This was my first time to Cabo was a bit nervous booking it but after we got there and everything was so close and convenient we are already planning our next trip and will stay here again.

This was our third trip to this particular resort and the best by far. Our rooms were clean and well appointed, but the service of the staff was truly above and beyond every step of the way. We'll be life long returners for sure! Clint and his team were incredible!

Great location

Perfect location! We walked to everything, and beach was closer than expected! Condo was beautiful and exactly like the photos. Beds were great and really comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for the best vacation!!!

This place was great for our large group. Centrally located in Cabo San Lucas, you can't get a better location. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent. Property was just as advertised. Walking distance to beach, lots of restaurants, etc.... Never had any trouble getting chairs at the pool. Don't hesitate to vacation in this unit.

This is a spacious clean penthouse at Marina Sol which is a condo property with security, a pool, spa, small shop and a restaurant. The property is 5 minute walk to the main swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. It is across the street from Walmart and 2 blocks to the large shopping mall with a supermarket.

Staff was friendly and helpful and it was a lovely comfortable stay perfectly located within walking distance to day and evening activities.
