A nice resort for a family stay. Convenient parking and close access to food trucks, shops, and beaches. The pool and hot tubs were great and the food from the lunch counter was decent and not ridiculously overpriced.

The room was amazing but our favorite part was Paul, one of the employees! I think he worked in valet. He was incredible. We talked to him every day. He was so helpful and kind. Gave us so many great suggestions for beaches and places to eat. I’d come back just for him!

Absolutely beautiful resort. From the rooms to the pool and fitness center-all amazing. Right in the ocean of beautiful Ka’anapali Beach in Maui. Stunning hotel inside and out. Ton of amenities and just steps to the beach. Right behind a food truck park. Delicious food. Definitely try the Thai food truck. Highly recommend this resort.

THe Hot Tun was great and the balcony view was as promised. The Bell & Valet staff was excellent. Had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good. The only thing that I could say that is wrong is that the towels were too hard.

A comfortable room, great pool area, friendly staff, appreciated the activity room for youth but wish it was open a little later for activities after 6pm. Overall a great stay!

The suites are very spacious and super quiet, the pool area is beautiful and steps from the beach! It definitely exceeded my expectations and the free parking was another huge bonus! The building itself is somewhat dated but the price I paid was so much cheaper than other newer hotels in the area, so I was more than happy with everything!

The pool heater was out and limited food at the bar otherwise everything else was great including the bbq party on aloha Friday me fav :)

Great amenities. We liked the Mai tai from the pool bar best! The beach was uncrowded. The pool area never felt crowded either. It was a great stay for the price!

Wow wow wow, just got back from an incredible week at the Hilton. We had a one bedroom unit with a partial ocean view, clean and well maintained. Location was great. Hotel amenities (complimentary washer and dryer, free parking garage, on site food and coffee, showers available for after check out, activity center, on site luau, amazing views) were great, staff super welcoming, complimentary entertainment on Sunday hit the mark. Other than having to leave I have no complaints. One suggestion for improvement would be if the trolley could stop closer to the resort vs having to walk to the Royal Lahaina to get on but honestly that’s so minor, the walk to catch the trolley was beautiful.

This was a great stay for a family vacation. Huge pool at good temperature, fun features for kids, great hot tub, reasonably priced bar, a ton of space in the room, thoughtful additions like an electric skillet and tea kettle, and great location. Beach was always pretty empty but was nice, and very close to great snorkeling ten minutes north. Parking also super easy.

Older property; getting a little shabby. Terrible in-room coffee. Safe in a place impossible to reach, so unusable. Nice amenities in the room. Bed too soft for my comfort, but the room was quiet. Pool area nice.

Great location and property. The room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The front staff, particularly Lincy, was very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

We had a great rate, were pleasantly surprised with how big and spacious our room was. The pool always had lounge chairs available and it was very nice to have an adult only hot tub. Food could be better but we weren't expecting to get great food onsite. We would definitely consider coming back next time we are on Maui.

Fantastic location on Kaanapali - with a a great view of the mountains on basically the top floor of the property. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful - and the parking is easily accessible. Will be staying here again!

Room is nice. Check in/check out process is very slow. I dont understand why i was changed afdotional fees and had to pay for parking. Several hidden fees.

This property is amazing! We could see the ocean from the balcony. The hotel had so many activities. We were close to all kinds of fun things to do. We were steps from the ocean and it was amazing!The host was great to speak with. The hotel staff was so great! We would definitely stay here again!

We love Hawaii and visit all the islands a couple times a year. Haven’t stayed at this resort in more than 20 years. Still love it, updated Hawaiian feel, with great service.

Very disappointing… the property had cockroaches, our rooms had it. They changed our rooms in the middle of week. Probably will not stay here again. The cockroaches were a total turn off!!

Wonderful time at the Ka'anapali Beach Club. It was a girls trip with my mom, and we thoroughly enjoyed! The room was clean, and had everything we needed. Huge bathroom, nice kitchen setup, so we didn't have to eat out all the time. We loved waking up early and having coffee on the balcony. Thanks for an amazing time!

Hassle free property with a wonderful pool

Exactly as pictured, but maybe a little spacier! Loved the mountain view, balcony, kitchen and cleanliness that comes with being at a resort. The price really can't be beat. Would stay again in the future.

We loved this place! Exactly as described and just what we needed. LOVED the pool and being able to walk right onto the beautiful beach. We did beach walks at night then hopped in the hot tub each night and it was amazing. A cool food truck court nearby gave us some fun dinner options and we were right across the street from a great grocery store. Parking was easy in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is beyond amazing especially for the price we paid. Swimable beach right on site and a nice beach walk that we took all the way to whalers village to shop. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. U can drop off your luggage early and explore until check in.

Beautiful property with amazing heated pool and hot tubs right on the beach! Sunsets were spectacular with views of Molokai! So much space at every amenity, it never felt crowded. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountain which gave us sunrise views as well. Very clean and well maintained property. Walking distance from food trucks and a food market and several restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay here again!

This accommodation was amazing and perfect for our family of 3! The washroom and bedroom and living room are all spacious and it has everything you need. The location is perfect and the pool area is wonderful for relaxing. There’s also quick access to a beach and we were able to walk around the neighborhood easily!

Maui Vacation – June 2 to June 9, 2025Stayed at: Hilton Vacation Club Ka’anapali BeachWe had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Vacation Club in Ka’anapali! The ocean views were stunning, and the rooms were very clean upon arrival. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference.The pool area was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space and a great atmosphere. Parking was manageable, although the spaces were pretty tight, so just be prepared for a bit of a squeeze.One downside was that our room wasn’t cleaned at all during the entire week. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice to have had that service, especially during a week-long stay.Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Maui and at the Hilton. With just a little improvement in housekeeping follow-through, it would have been a near-perfect stay!

This states Kaanapali but it iOS separated from the rest of the stretch or resorts. You have to walk out to the street and around one property and enter back on to the beach walk. That was a hit disappointing. There isn’t a sit down restaurant at the hotel either. The pool and beach were great. Rooms clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, clean and enjoyable stay

I stayed at this property when it was Embassy Suites almost 30 years ago. Grounds are just as lovely but the interior is a bit institutional-like. Could use updating and a bit of decor. We were not there for the room though so it worked. Host was communicative and unit was clean and got a good price on it- no complaints

Huge room, but small kitchen. Walking distance to grocery store. Nice pool. Lovely breezeway. Underwhelming mini golf.

Kids and I had a blast. Can’t wait to be back.

We loved our time at this resort! We spent most of our time at the pool and my husbands favorite part was the slide! The room was very spacious and clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice pool area and location. Lots of food trucks in walking distance. Not much for food at hotel. We spend most of our time at a neighboring hotel with family though. Our room was very spacious which I wasn't expecting and loved.

Location is wonderful, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was stocked well with needed items, bed was comfortable.

Our family of three loved this property because of the pool restaurant and all amenities on site along with beach access. The room is big and spacious, making it very enjoyable for a family with one person on the sofa-sleeper. We will absolutely stay here again. The rates are very fair for the amazing location, use of property, access and overall experience!!!
