Tidewater Beach Resort #617 is a beautifully decorated, low floor unit. We work hard to ensure the condo is in top condition for all of our guests. You can't beat the views from the living and kitchen area and from the 6th floor you are at the perfect height in the building. Enjoy the awesome balcony for viewing the pier and fireworks!
The condo offers three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms as well as an additional bunk area in a hall enclave. We are set up to sleep 8 to 10,

Stayed Aug 30, 2019The unit is gorgeous! Unit is just as pictured in advertisement. Kitchen had everything you need and then some. Beds were comfortable. 2 master bedrooms was a wonderful surprise! The balcony had the most amazing sunsets. Well be back again & again! Thanks for such a great stay!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in at PCB! The layout and decor of the condo were absolutely beautiful and view was unmatched. Only negative was the Tidewater elevators, but that had nothing to do with the condo! 10/10!

Stayed Jul 8, 2025The property was amazing! Had awesome amenities and was in a good location for us. The people were so friendly. Our group has zero complaints about the property management group, the condo, the staff. However, those elevators! I would not stay here again for the elevators alone. We had a disabled person with us and she ended up not going to the beach a couple of times because she felt bad making us wait for the elevators with her. She was stuck in the room at various times.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Elevators were not a problem, check-in was easy and staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of space for the 7 in our group, clean, and view was amazing ! Would deff stay here again !

Stayed Sep 28, 2024This condo is very nice. The view and the windows that allow the view are amazing. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, the swivel rockers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fully stocked kitchen. The condo could definitely use some updating. Walk in tile showers and updated vanities in the bathrooms would be ideal. Lastly, the beds were pretty saggy. However, we would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The kids and family loved it. Loved the pool and beach wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly residents at the resort and staff were very playful with the toddlers. Definitely would stay again. Only problem was the road being worked on out front.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The condo unit itself was just fine. However, that's about the only good thing I can say about our stay. The elevators are a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! The complex has 30 floors and MAYBE 5-6 (functional) elevators for the ENTIRE property. Waiting times of 20-40 minutes were a given (unless it was the super early or super late). I saw disabled tenants walking up steps for at least 6 floors because elevators ever would pick them up. Did I mention there was zero ventilation in the stairways (heat and humidity made them feel like ovens). EVERYONE, and i mean EVERYONE, was complaining about the situation. I think most everyone complained to the staff about it. The typical response was, I'm sorry for your inconvenience . We didn't speak to anyone that said they would return to Tidewater. I did speak to some that actually were leaving the resort early to find others accommodations. Bottom line is that I wouldn't go back even if they offered me free accommodations.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024The property itself was amazing. Elevators were not great, but to be expected with a condo of that size. The only complaint is the umbrella rental company. The owner of that was impossible to deal with as far as placement of beach chairs.

Stayed May 25, 2024This is a great rental property! We loved the view from all the huge windows and enjoyed our time here! Only downside was the elevators are extremely slow and the wait can be horribly long at times

Stayed May 21, 2024Beautiful condo with great views! We would recommend it and love to stay in this particular unit again. Many amenities, especially the gym, were an added plus for our stay.
