Perfect location!

Very convenient location.

Exceeded my expectations, close to everything but with its own peaceful location. Can’t recommend enough this stay.

We loved the condo style accommodations for us and our children. We had a view of a fountain which was nice. There were so many activities on the property! Tennis, mini-golf, Trivia, Bingo, Swimming. We had to save some time to try them all. The property is large with a spacious feel and so was our 2-bedroom suite. It was hard to tell what it would like like from online photos so I am relieved that it was in good shape. Loved the big bath tub. The staff helped us when we had issues and we really felt at home. I would have extended my stay if I could have and I would return to this property. My only complaint is their lack of returning items I left behind in the room. I am bummed to be without my favorite wrist watch. I think they should take extra care to set aside personal belongings, it makes me suspicious of their integrity that they didn't see a purple watch right on the nightstand when cleaning the room.

Really nice two bedroom condo with tons of space, only a few minutes from downtown Williamsburg. Super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the space and the patio I will be back

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect - so convienient and staff was always warm and welcoming. Incredibly accommodating for my family and I, especally with a little one. We are looking forward to coming back again soon!

Very happy with our stay here. Great communication with front desk, good location. Nice to have an elevator for second floor suite. One note: handbars and mat needed in tub/shower combo. I slipped and fell getting out and was badly hurt. Six stitches in my arm, wrenched shoulder and entire back of one thigh bruised. I did not tell the front desk about this—probably should have doe future changes. Otherwise, I recommend this resort.

Check in process! Excellent. Room was Excellent. Had a maintenence issue, was handled professionally, well done, while was out. All staff very professional , helpful. If ever back will stay again. So busy, no time to swim or play min. Golf. Looked very good.

Super friendly staff..serenity pool was fantastic for adults who just wanted to relax.. spacious rooms.. Very clean and the location and amenities were a huge plus! I would highly recommend and would definitely go back

It wasn’t clear to me when booking that I would be “sucked” into a vacation ownership hard sell. Otherwise the facilities and location were great.

This was a great spot to get ready for our son’s W&M move-in with a kitchen stocked with the basics, in room washer & dryer and a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the university.

This place was better than expected. The size as perfect for my group especially because is didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this place and if I’m ever back in the area I will be sure to see if this is available again. Thank you.

We were told when we booked that we wouldn’t be given a sales pitch for a time share. They lied. We sat through the sales pitch which we were told was supposed to be 90 minutes. It turned into 2 and half hours, even though we told them we weren’t buying. Overall it was clean. No maid service. Nice big pool. But we won’t be back this way again.

Our stay was great!

Had a little bit of a hiccup during the check-in process. For some reason, my name wasn’t showing on the reservation. It took about 45 minutes before they realized what was wrong. Made the more stressful because we were checking in on a weekend day and the listing company wasn’t showing open. But all that being said, everyone was very sweet about it and the manager worked hard getting it straightened out for me.It is a great resort and has quite a lot to offer on site for families with children. We especially loved that the pool was child friendly. The deepest part was about 4 feet. Any time we needed any towels or assistance, we knew someone was just a quick text away.

Property was as expected, very nice set up and amenities for a family. No issues with time share sales, merely had to opt out at check in.

The pool was great and the additional activities on site! Everything was very clean! We had a lovely time :)

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and reunite

Our family was thrilled to stay at this property. It is a timeshare property, but you are not required to listen to a presentation. However, if you do, there are various gifts that they will give you. We loved the pools, and the outdoor pool is impressive. We also liked playing Putt-Putt as a family and pickleball on the tennis courts. We utilized the grills several times, and really didn't have a wait to use one. The property was very clean and updated. We loved having a table versus bar stools in a normal hotel suite. The one downside is that we were traveling with our children and our teenage daughters had to share a bed. This is not a problem except that the listing said the beds were queen size, and they really were doubles. So the girls felt too close together. My son loved getting his own bed though!

The condo and property were nice and clean. Lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy!

We were very pkeased with our stay and enjoyed the common areas where our group of 16 could easily gather and visit. We had plenty of space in our accommodation, and our beds were very comfortable (though we could have used an extra blanket -- Williamsburg was a bit cooler than we remembered!)

Lovely, clean, spacious place with great service!

We stayed here for W&M graduation and it was great for our family. We loved having the kitchen, living room, beds and bathrooms for all!!! We did have to drive to everything, but we were able to park and walk from our daughter’s house for all of the graduation festivities!

Our reservation was for 8 adults and a pet. We were told that after we made the booking the policy changed and pets were no longer allowed. That's not right. VRBO, Koala or Wyndham should have made accommodations available for our family and their pet

Very clean and easy to get in and out! Didn’t use the amenities due to other plans but maybe we can take advantage of it next time!

We had a great stay at this condo. Was just as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Lots of room, comfortable, convenient location

We loved the property. But the high pressure sales to buy into a timeshare was very off putting! It was so bad. My wife started crying because she wanted to just leave. It totally ruined our first day. Mind you. My mother had just passed away two weeks before. And that was the main reason we were on a vacation!!!

I had a good stay despite a major glitch at check in where my name was not on the reservation— possibly due to the Microsoft outage. To their credit, Koala stayed in communication with me until the issue was resolved, and I was able to check in. The room was as described, and the property was nice. My one complaint about the property is that I paid for the faster wifi, but it was still quite slow.

We loved our stay at Governors Green. Everyone and everything was so nice! Great amenities. Unit was clean and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, and good restaurants. Hope to stay here again next year!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It had a lot of activities for the kids, several pools, and was close to everything. The room was clean and had everything we need. We’d definitely stay there again.
