This is the seventh year we have gone down to Seaside in March and stayed in the same resort and we’ve never been disappointed! Even this year when it was somewhat cold and rainy, there was always something to do. Can’t wait to do it again next year! Love the pools, love the games room, love the condo setup, love the location!

Overall we like the property. Checkin continues to be a low light. Takes awhile and we had to wait 30min for the room to be clean past 4pm. Had some small bugs showing up in kitchen. Caulking around sinks missing. Toilet seat lid does not stay up. A bit noisey outside and in the hallway. We faced broadway..

The room and location are excellent. I was taken back by the unexpected marketing attempt to get us to join a 90-minute info session on time shares. It made the check-in process nearly 20 minutes longer than necessary and once I realized what was going on it was almost too late. A little more heads up would have been great. The staff were extraordinarily friendly, but sadly it all felt like part of the plot to sell us.

We have stayed here several times before. It is a fabulous - the best - location in Seaside Oregon. Sadly, due to COVID-19 we had to cancel and the owner said she would return our money. We will absolutely do business with her again.

We decided last minute to visit the Oregon coast on our road trip and found this gem. It’s a spectacular resort with beautiful views and everything you need. We are already planning a return visit!

The overall stay was great. We had a loss of power for a little bit but building management was super informative and helpful. We would definitely love to stay again.

We were only staying one night but the kids were asking when we would return. Having a larger number of kids makes renting hotel rooms a challenge, but this three bedroom condo was definitely large enough for us. With 2 rooms with a queen bed, one room with two twin beds, and a queen murphy bed in the living room along with two bathrooms, there was plenty of personal and sleeping space. The gas fireplace in the middle of the windows looking out to the beach was an extra nice touch. The resort itself is beautiful and great at helping you experience Seaside. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs even in January. Thanks for letting us stay!
