Stayed Oct 1, 2024Convenient location to antelope canyons and lake Powell etc. Hotel in need of updating. Patio door was broken and didn't lock, hot tub here didn't work and it was pretty dirty with rocks and sand, fire pits didn't work. Had to go to the lobby to get pool towels as none were actually at the pool/hot tub area, AC in rooms struggled to get the rooms cool enough to sleep. If you just need a place to crash beds are decently comfortable and it does the job. Definitely not the VRBO experience we've gotten used to
