Gorgeous Las Palomas Phase 2, 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 5, Newly Renovated

Every was great, if I have to say something I will suggest to change the tv room

We had a very nice and beautiful one bedroom condo. Very comfortable bedding. Comfortable patio area. Good food and drinks at the pool bar. Pool area was very well kept and Clean..

the mattress should be replaced. there was sand on the bathroom floor.

This condo is quite simply, perfect. It's located steps from the beach in a quiet part of the resort, with a beautiful view, fast wifi, a comfy bed and all the amentities one needs to feel comfortable on vacation. I can't wait to stay here again!

Property was well furnished

This property is fabulous. It has high-end features and is very well maintained. It looks great in the pictures and even better in person. The touch lamps by the master bed are a great convenience, too. It has been freshly painted and even has a wash basin in the laundry room. The Murphy bed is super comfortable and spacious. The owner is quick to respond and very kind. I highly recommend this property.

This condo at Las Palomas was perfect! Beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed — plus a stunning ocean-view balcony. The resort is clean, safe, and has great pools and restaurants. We loved every minute and can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you to the host for renting out this perfect condo! We will be back!

Another great stay at Las Palomas. The eait staff in phase 2 pool and bar were very attentive and timely. The entire staff from chevk in until checkout was great.

My husband and i stayed for my birthday and we had the best time! The apartment was SPOTLESS and so elegant! Barbara was also very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Without a doubt, would stay here again.

Our family had a great time at Las Palomas resort, and this condo had everything we wanted in a family vacation rental. The resort's cleaning crew was available daily and supplied us with the essentials (i.e. paper towels, tp, dishwasher soap). We loved having access to a washer and dryer in our unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen (dishware, silverware, mugs, etc). There was ample storage space in the condo for our family of five's food, clothes, beach toys, etc. The balcony offered a lovely view of the resort pools and beach and had comfy seating. The indoor decor was modern and tasteful, parking in the parking garage was easy, beds were all comfortable, and we had a very relaxing and nice trip. We would love to come back again!

We had a great first time visit to Rocky Point! Barbara was an amazing host. From the time I booked throughout our stay and after, she was quick to respond and gave me tons of suggestions. The condo is gorgeous, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Having the Murphy bed was a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect in every way. Clean, accommodating and great location in LasPalomas. Everything you need is in the condo which made it easy to prepare meals for kids. Since it was our first time going to RP, Barbara(owner) was extremely helpful with all my questions, concerns and provided wonderful dining recommendations. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. It was nice to come in the off-season because the resort was quite and not busy. They had a few pools heated so we could still enjoy them even in the winter. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Barbara was so responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been to Rocky Point and have stayed at Las Palomas for the last 3 years, and this condo was our favorite. There were beach chairs and a fully functional kitchen. Beds and couch were comfy. Very clean. Host was super responsive. Great trip!

Came for the weekend to check out Rocky Point! Was thoroughly impressed and will be back! Loved the additional sleeping option of the Murphy bed.

Our stay here was amazing. The room was exactly what I imagined very spacious and was equipped all the kitchen needs. The location was perfect with an amazing view. I really enjoy having the little coffee shop downtown stairs didn’t really have to leave our phase. We had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back and visit again!

Great location, unit had great kitchen equipped with everything, comfy beds & very nicely furnished. Be sure to pack bug spray, we enjoyed the balcony but mosquitoes were out & biting. I would definitely stay here again. LGreat communication from the owners.
