The host was very welcoming!The dryer vent had to be fixed and the dishwasher didn’t work. Other than that we really enjoyed the condo.

Beautiful resort. Nice decor and furniture. Nice amenities and well-stocked. Ceiling to 2nd story floor is very thin. The 2nd story occupants sounded like a herd of elephants waking us up at 6:30 every morning. Not the best when you’re on vacation. Could not get help with local activities without the timeshare sales pitch from the front desk. Also, there is dirty mold buildup in bathroom sinks under counter edge and in toilet bowls under upper edge.

The condo was wonderful. Everything was great. I would come back again.

Property and unit were wonderful! Super clean, updated and quiet. It's the perfect location for us, close to all the things we like to do on the North shore. We will definitely be back.

Condo was nice! Pools were great! Thank you for making sure we had a floor level unit without stairs. Beware of time-share pitch at check in. Could be more clear that air conditioning costs extra. There was very specific info on the concierge, Sonja Keala, available for help with anything. We texted the # provided: 808-639-9594 and didn't really get any response back.

Great resort and location. About 50-55 min from airport, but worth it. The North side of the island has all the great beaches and lots of excursions, which is why we chose it. Resort has beautiful well kept grounds, and is surrounded by gorgeous views. There's also a large park area to walk/run with a track just outside of the grounds.Resort has two Pools, a fitness center, game room and some outdoor games ( pingpong& fooseball). No restaurant on site, but close to many different food options, as well as a few food trucks on site daily.Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy check in& out. Would definitely return!

After traveling to the Princeville area many times over the years, this was our first time staying at Bali Hai. The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool areas is really nice. The condo is fine, it has everything we needed. The interior is dated, they’ve done a good job updating furniture but the walls and windows are paper thin. It was very noisy. We had a downstairs unit and could hear everything our upstairs neighbors were doing at all hours. You could hear cars driving by in the parking lot, roosters, etc. But if noise is something you can overlook I’d recommend this place! It’s great for families, and the food trucks are fun. Overall I’d stay here again.

We had a greet time at Bali Hai. The resort is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. We would stay there again.

We were told that we would have to move from one unit to another mid way thru our stay. It was very inconvenient. We lost a day dealing with the resort blamed it on vebo.

This condo was absolutley perfect! We loved having the large kitchen, the lanai, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate! Check in was easy at the front desk, the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center were incredible! The food trucks were also very convenient to have right outside our unit! We would definitely stay here again should we make it back over to visit Kauai!

5-Star Review: Perfect Stay in Kauai!Our stay in Kauai was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, easy to get to, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and private. Noise does travel throughout the property but people are respectful of evenings and morning quiet. The owners were also very responsive and easy to talk to. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai. Can’t wait to come back!

Well equipped, very clean. All pots and pans provided. Very well stocked. Balcony was a nice touch. Beautiful resort area. Pool, spa, owners lounge, coffee, landscaping, etc.Some welcome pack would have been a nice addition. Other top properties do that.Thanks! enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities. Food trucks on site is a great substitution for a restaurant, but would be nice to have a pool bar! The pool was nice and my family enjoyed our stay. If you want to get to a beach you have to drive, but Hanalei is a quick 12 min away. We were able to rent beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella on site for the week which was convenient. I would stay here again. The host was very easy to communicate with.

We have used this host now 2x and it’s been great. We love this property and come yearly. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the pools are super fun for the kids. If you’re a runner, the area has great paths and easy neighborhoods to run in. Lots of food options around and in Hanalei!

Wonderful place to stay. Check-in was fast and friendly. We arrived after dark, and the grounds were well lite. Condos are spacious with great amenities, full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds. The only issue I had was they don't want guest wearing shoes in the condos, but our floors felt sticky, and I had housekeeping come clean them again, but I still wore socks, and they were filthy within a day of wearing them. Only went to the pools once, and they were nice with water features and nice and cold.

Condo was very clean. I liked that shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom, plus a second trash bag and two pods of washer detergent. It was very convenient and it was enough to get us through a week.
