Family-Friendly 1BR Condo w/ 2 Resort Pools & More!

My room wasn’t ready on time. My suite didn’t look like it had not been vacuum and there was mildew or mold in all the jets and the water return of the bathtub.

We love The Suites at Fall Creek. This was our 2nd time staying here and it's always a great time. The only downside is the indoor pool was closed and the game room didn't have much. The outdoor pool was too warm as well, it would have been nice if it was cooler to relax from the heat but overall we would stay here again.

We chose this property forLocation and will be back! Perfect spot and lots to do at the property itself!!!

We love visiting Branson snd staying at The Suites at Falls Creek. So relaxing. Everything we need. Close to everything but quiet and off the beaten path.

I didn’t see a mention of trying to be signed up for a timeshare other than that it was a nice place for the price

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some maintenance issues with the room.The DVD player didn't work and all the electrical outlets in the bedroom were dead.When I called the front desk they sent two maintenance men to our room right away.They fixed the problems quickly.I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED THAT ONE OF THE MAINTENANCE MEN ACTUALLY SET THE CLOCK IN THE BEDROOM TO THE CORRECT TIME. THAT LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA CARE IS THE KIND OF THING WE DON'T USUALLY EXPECT. THAT WAS WELL DONE.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our one bedroom suite had a full kitchen and large dining room, living room, bathroom, bedroom and a screened in deck. It was a little dated (90s) but that didn't bother me at all considering the affordability. The only negative thing I could say about the room is that the bathroom had a big jet tub that looked like it needed more cleaning. I didn't mind showering in it but did not want my child to take a bath in it. I know those jets are really hard to keep clean. The rest of the condo was immaculate, and it certainly wasn't something that would keep me from coming back. Our back deck faced the golf course and there was a bald eagles nest with babies in it! The property itself has tons to do. The clubhouse has an indoor pool as well as billiards, air hockey table, ping pong, shuffleboard, free DVD rentals, and much more. In addition, the outdoors had mini golf, volleyball, tennis courts, and at least one pool. We could have probably spent the whole weekend just on the property and had a great time! Everyone was really friendly. We do plan to come back!

Didn’t realize it was a Timeshate property and didn’t want to deal with the pressure of attending an informational meeting.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful. The road lay out is a bit confusing but manageable.

Older but clean and quiet. Friendly guest services. Great activities available for all ages! We'll definitely be returning!!

My girls and I absolutely loved our stay! We were blown away by the size of the suite and all of the amenities (both in the suite and in the resort itself). We especially enjoyed playing games each night in the activity center and being able to check out movies. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall good property was skeptical with reading the reviews. Furniture and bed could definitely use an upgrade, but for the price it was a good stay. They could definitely use more lighting along the road so you can see the signs to get to your property. Will definitely stay again.

When we arrived at the condo office to be checked in, my mother, who is handicapped, and unable to climb stairs, as communicated to VRBO when the reservation was made, reiterated to the desk clerk who checked her in that we reserved a ground floor unit, or required elevator access. Upon driving around endlessly due to the worthless directions provided to get to the unit, we realized they had assigned a condo on the third story with no elevator access. Upon returning to the office to advise of same, we were told that they would have to get clearance from the manager to change the unit assignment. After that substantial wait, we had to wait for security to do a walk through of the newly assigned unit to confirm that it was ready for guests. After that additional wait time, we did finally get to the condo that we stayed in, which was also on the third floor, but at least had a small elevator available for my mom. If it had not been for a very helpful security guard, we never would have found the condo unit, and the overall score would have been a one. Very disappointed in this property altogether, except for the one helpful staff member who at least acted as if he truly cared about our two hour check in fiasco.

We have stayed here before & were happy to come back. The location is nice, if a little confusing to find. The unit was clean & comfortable. Our only complaint is that the wheels on the luggage carts are SUPER squeaky. Since we were located near the elevator every time someone grabbed a cart we were woken up. A little WD-40 should fix the problem.

The location was great and the property was nice.

The first night the people above us had a kid that ran & jumped the whole time they were there & then the next night the people above us hollered. Laughed & partied til 12:30 am

We stayed in a condo for 2 days and absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed, it was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!!

Very pretty location and property! First time using VRBO! All costs not understood and up front, but I’m learning!

Was nice and clean

We enjoyed staying at the property and the amenities for kids and families. The room size was comfortable for a family of 4. The only recommendation is for the property to invest in bedroom window coverings. The rooms are too bright and do not allow for a restful sleep when waking up earlier than preferred due to the light streaming in.
