Enjoy our Colonial Style Resort in Williamsburg with Free parking, pool access, mini golf and tennis

The condo was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and quiet. The resort is beautifully landscaped and parking was very convenient. The commodes in both bathrooms would run off and on, which kept us awake the first night. But, we called the office and someone was sent that day and that solved that problem. The only bad thing I have to say is about the aggressive sales pitch at check-in. We had said no several times, but our free gift was a free week's stay. So, we said yes and was promised we could leave after 90 minutes. We were even told to set our phone timer and to leave then. We were held hostage for almost 3 hours. Our whole day was ruined. We had to stay or we would not get the 60 back that had been charged to our credit card. Never again! Just say NO! Also, there was a 28 charge for activities that is not mentioned when booking. We didn't use any of the activities.

Loose kitchen faucet needs fixing. Living room furniture is uncomfortably firm. TV does not allow you to bring your own streaming services. CATV only is so last century. Annoying sales pitch at check-in to become a club member. Train noise may keep some people awake. On the plus size the rooms were nice and roomy and beds comfortable. VRBO ads should reflect sales pitch and train noise.

The “concierge” is basically staff to push you into a 90 minute timeshare presentation that they charge a 60 deposit for! Then you get 125 GC but you pay first to be advertised to! It was pushy so for that reason I would’ve not go back. Beds were moderately comfortable. The size of the unit was good fully equipped basic needs were there. The resort amenities were fine, but very crowded think community rec center crowded. I don’t know if it’s always like that. It could’ve just been because it was a holiday weekend. Overall, for the value, I would recommend and would return, but don’t go if you don’t want to have to spend 30 minutes trying to get yourself out of a timeshare presentation.

The pools were extremely crowded and cloudy looking. To be fair, we had a heat wave going at the time. The attempted time share presentation was unexpected and unwelcome. The unit was clean and comfortable with a wellappointed kitchen, and I really appreciated the laundry detergent packets!

We visited as a family of 5, plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Loved the amenities, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We look forward to booking another stay!

Wonderful place to stay with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. We were happy to have separate bedrooms so everyone had a place to go and we weren't on top of each other. Upon entering there is a smell but I can't place if it was just stuffy or something more. Overall we would probably stay here again!

Although we only stayed two nights, we were pleasantly surprised with the resort. We weren't able to partake in any of the amenities but there were plenty to choose from . The location was great. Only 15 minutes to Busch Gardens. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. My husband and I and another couple stayed and we had plenty of room. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars is because we were given the first floor and you could hear people walking around above you. The floor squeeked. We would like to stay here again and enjoy the amenities but would definitly request a top floor.

WOW! What an awesome time we had. So clean and well laid out. Bed was super comfortable. The pool, gameroom and all the other extra amenities were a pleasant surprise! Close to Busch gardens. Easy to get in and out of. Cant wait to come back!

We really enjoyed all the amenities and the rooms at this property. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. We will recommend this to our friends and family.

Went for W&M graduation, great location and loved all the amenities!! Pools were great, cornhole, putt-putt, free video games - tons to do and we enjoyed them. Unit bigger than expected, beds super comfortable, very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property. There’s something for everyone at this property. Pools, arcade, putt golf, a theater-it has it all!Beautiful rooms, everything you need! Just bring your suitcase!

The trip to Williamsburg was so that we could drop of our daughter to William & Mary. The property was spacious and a great value! I would highly recommend this property for family vacation or a college visit.

Received a letter on our vehicle window that was very disturbing and intimidating. My wife and another lady felt uncomfortable when we weren’t around.

The property was clean, easy to get around, and offered many activities for my children and I. The arcade/game room was a big hit. I would definitely stay there if we were to visit Williamsburg again.
