The lobby at the JW Marriott hotel is something to see. It has a great bar for evening enjoyment. It also has a lagoon with boats that ferry you from the lobby to the hotel's restaurants and shops.

It is a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to go from Palm Desert to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
