Stayed Nov 29, 2024The place was very clean but the furniture was so old it was the same furniture in there when we stayed at Blue Heron in 1999 of April on our anniversary. Some of the furniture looks like it even came from Polynesian Resort when we stayed in 2021 of April but everything else was good.

Stayed Mar 14, 2023Great overall property - we enjoyed the pool and the location right on the water. However, floors were definitely not clean. When we arrived we could only find one washcloth for our entire family. So, no problem, we politely asked the property owner where we might find some more stored in the unit. Her reply was that this is a vacation rental, not a hotel and that we would just have to use hand towels or whatever... she was not going to help us with that. I re-read the property description, and it did list bed linens, towels, etc. were included. I realize it's just washcloths - I just cannot believe the rudeness we got for just simply asking for more washcloths. We have been using VRBO for years and never has our questions been addressed like that by a host. We will be back next year at that property, but hope to find a friendlier host.
