Loved staying here! Very clean room (and I’m pretty particular). Lots of fun things to do on the property (mini golf, heated pool, theater, arcade set to free play mode). Staff was very friendly! My only complaint would be the parking spots are too tight. Everything else was wonderful!

All to my comfort

A great value! Convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, yet private. Lots to do on the premises, such as, pickleball, swimming, game rooms, miniature golf, movies. Many restaurants around the corner, plus a kitchen in the unit.

We really liked the activities available and the pools were amazing.

I love this place! Always a wonderful experience! Clean and comfortable accommodation. Lots of activities for my young grandson and me. Friendly and helpful staff!

Clean room, responsive staff

Room was cleanBed was very uncomfortable, had lumps and bumps. Toilet ran day and night. We tried to get ice from the freezer and we don't think it was hooked up. Had to go to reception to get ice.

Stay was great. Huge issue with the check in process. They send you to your concierge for your room key. Its a total trap. That person is a sales person who will lie and manipulate you into thinking you have free tickets to busch gardens or pre paid cards to get you into going to a time share sales meeting. I was lied to and not told this informtaion until after i put a 60 deposit dowm to ensure i picked the tickets up. I was only told the tickets were bonuses for reserving the room through VRBO. After i asked several times what the catch was, and told the same thing. No catch just a bonus on my account. I immediately asked to cancel within 30 min of swiping my card. I was given the run around. Told that no one was the manager. Told they could not give a refund. Finally after I pushed, and refused to take no for a answer. A manager called me and said they would take care of the refund. No refund was given. I ended up having to place a fraud charge on my credit card.

Clean property, quiet area, lots of things to do.

Condo was clean & even had in unit washer/dryer! Also, the LaVazza brand coffee was an added bonus for me :-) My only slightly negative comment is that the unit is up 3 flights of stairs, which might not be easily accessible for all. But the unit itself was in great shape.My son LOVED the pool & the FREE arcade! As a parent, any place that offers free extras like that is huge in my book. The resort was conveniently located close to our family & Colonial Williamsburg, as well as other restaurants/sights. Highly recommend!

Clean room

Very nicely appointed unit. Had everything needed for a short visit. Amenities excellent. Free games so great for the kids. outdoor pool area clean and nice. Indoor pool dirty and too hot! Would not use. Grounds nicely maintained. Staff friendly.

Great location and very friendly personnel just absolutely beautiful

Easy check in process and great set up for families. Only minor complaint is the beds were very high for an almost toddler, but we made it work! Easily could have brought a pack and play if we had wanted.

It was nice, the only complaint I had was checking in was crazy I stood in line to check in for a long time & it was a VERY crowded room

We loved our stay here! Check-in was very easy, room was small- but accurate with description and perfect for our family of 4- as we spent most of our time exploring. It has a washer and dryer in unit as well which was great!

Stay was good. Enjoyed mini golf and adult swimming pool. Property was nice. Only downside was check-in. Worst ever!

Stayed here with friends to attend Busch Gardens Williamsburg. The condo (2 bed/2 bath) was so nice. Very clean & lots of room. We would most definitely stay here again.

I booked through VRBO and nowhere did it say I HAD to listen to a time share presentation. When I checked in is when they told me when my appointment was. I told them I booked through VRBO I should not have to do this. Apparently you do. We waisted 2 hours of our vacation listening to them, wasting our time and there’s. MAD is what I was!!!! Lesson learned.

This was my third time staying at the resort. Every stay has been perfect! The whole place is well run!

Perfect place to stay for visiting Williamsburg.

The place looks amazing and the room was set up nice, but starting with check in they want to hold your room keys hostage to try to get you to sign up to sit through a timeshare presentation. I know most places have them but i have never been made to listen to them before i could gekeys.

Such a great property and very accommodating our family really felt at home. We had plans to visit other places in Williamsburg but sometimes it was hard to leave with all the amenities. I would definitely come again.

Location was nice, clean resort. Outdated but super clean and safe. Was advertised with a fireplace which our suite did not have. Contacted through VRBO to ask about the fireplace and the check-out requirements and never heard from them. I would recommend because of how clean the resort is.

The condos are nice. Clean, modern, and well-stocked. They hotbox you before giving you the keys (wristbands) to attend their 90-minute timeshare sales pitch, and I received a call during my stay as well, trying to get me to agree to it. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

Convenient location and well stocked for our stay. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of bathroom in master suite. There was hairpin on the floor and hair. It wasn’t much but it made me wonder if the floor was even swept.

The Wyndham Kingsgate report in Williamsburg VA is an excellent family resort/hotel. The amenities are suitable for all ages. They offer a wide variety of activities—3 beautiful large heated pools including an indoor pool, arcade games, miniature golf, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping pong and a large gym. There is an onsite restaurant and bar as well. In addition the location is only a short distance to Colonial Williamsburg which is a must to visit. And if you are interested in history Jamestown and Yorktown are nearby. Busch Gardens is only a short drive also. Our room was very clean with adequate linens, up to date furniture and new carpet. The personnel were all friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!

We stayed here while vacationing in the Williamsburg area. Location is ideal. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and some of the historical attractions. The resort has lots of amenities and a small bar and grill near the pool! Would definitely recommend!

At check in, we were sent to the wrong building. Of course, keys wouldn't work and it was almost an hour before we were in our unit. Pressured to watch a 90 minute presentation on WHY we should invest in a unit that is not a time share. It is. Bribed us with free tickets to attractions. Called US in our unit to pressure us again. Unit was clean and serviceable, but pretty ugly. Adult pool was glorious.

We had a short stay for our family vacation. It was close to Busch Gardens and about an hour from the beach. We also colonial Williamsburg and it was very close to that. The property has a lot to offer and my family looks forward to staying again!

Everything was great. The one thing that we’re were a little bummed about is the playground equipment had apparently just been removed and we were looking forward to enjoying that with our toddler.
