Stayed Dec 28, 2024I was never able to check in because the hotel didn’t have my reservation in it’s system. I was there for about and hour trying to figure things out, I had to call my bank to file a fraud claim. We had to spend all day trying to find somewhere to stay. Worst vacation ever due to this.
