Stayed Apr 15, 2024There are rooms in the 5 star hotel and privately owned condos. This condo is the latter and is older. The resort surroundings are beautiful so renters just need to know that they are not booking a 5 star room and adjust their expectations. Having said this, the condo was fine for our stay in Puerto Vallarta! It was clean, and the plumbing and appliances worked well.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024Where to start…this condo is old, dated and tired. One bathroom was not properly cleaned and tub/shower area was dirty with black mold Growing in bathroom ceiling and grout areas. The kitchen dishcloth smelled so bad we threw it out, one bedroom had no window screen or reading light, thermostat display was broken so you couldn’t tell the air conditioning setting, etc, etc. Close to the marina district and balcony view of the pools was the only good thing.
