Stayed Mar 26, 2025The hotel is spectacular! Our booking was a disaster. We booked an ocean front room for four nights. After three nights we were kicked out of our room. We had to wait in the lobby and go back and forth for hours and were without a room for a good part of Saturday. The host blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed the host. We asked the host to make this right and they ghosted us.The hotel is spectacular. Great for families and couples. Just don't book with this Host.
