Stayed Jul 27, 2021We really prefer to rent villas through hotels but found ourselves in need of accommodation for a quickly planned trip. We enjoyed this condo so much. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. It is located so close to the pool which we loved and easy access in and out of Princeville resort which saved time. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The best part was they offer complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. So fun!

Stayed Jul 25, 2021The unit was reasonable but dated. The ac unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. You could either be cool and awake or hot and try to sleep. My biggest challenge was with the toilet not working I my room. It broke and would not flush, so I opened the top of it and had to try to reattach the chain to the flap but it kept coming off, and the hose that filled the tank with water shot water all over the bathroom and me. Very frustrating as I was on my way to meet a client. So I told the manager at about 9:00 a.m. and they said they would take care of it while I was out that day. When I got back at 8:30 that night the toilet was still broken. I took a picture of the broken toilet and went down to the front desk. The gentleman working there told me that it would have to wait till the next day. I told him that was not acceptable and he needed to take care of it. He finally came down and said he fixed it. The fix lasted for two flushes and then broke again. It was really an untenable situation as far as I was concerned and they just acted like it was no big deal and brushed me off. I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Stayed May 26, 2021I had a wonderful time in Princeville, the AC was nice and cold and the unit was spacious with lots of windows. The location was perfect for me!

Stayed May 19, 2021Great location, walk out lanai to grassy area overlooking a jungle of trees. Located close to the pool and grill. Property out fitted with everything you need. The loaner bikes need a bit of TLC. Will book this unit again when we travel to the island again.

Stayed Feb 5, 2020My boyfriend and I had a great stay to relax before a conference on Oahu. The condo was a perfect base for us to go off exploring. The front desk staff was super helpful and the pool/spa/grill areas was a great added bonus. We'll be back!
