Stayed May 7, 2025Another great stay! The hosts made everything super easy and stress free. We love staying at Wyndham - convenient to every park and ESPN. Amenities are wonderful - pools, restaurants, activities etc.

Stayed Oct 28, 2023The Bonnet Creek Resort was excellent, the room is very spacious. The front desk was very polite and professional however, to check in at 4 o’clock is delayed. We arrived at 1 o’clock hoping to get in early, and we couldn’t, which was acceptable. We write back at 4:30 our room in our tower. If I was still not available, they gave us another room at the furthest tower away from all the pools not a plus. When we got to the room, the room had a odor not sure what it was, almost smell like someone I left trash in the unit and hadn’t cleaned it out for a while as it definitely had a distinctive odor throughout our stay. Housekeeping came up right away after we had discussed it with them but at that point, they didn’t believe there was that much of a smell, nor anything we could do. I disagree. That same day, the air conditioning unit in the front master bedroom wouldn’t cool. The Engineer technician came within an hour realized it was a sensor he had to override and he did that as a temporary fix for us so we handle that very well but that units air conditioning system has some issues. I’ve been renting houses for vacation for 30+ years. I would say this ranks in my top 15 but I was hoping it would rank in my top 5, but it does not.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023Value for money, I don’t think it gets any better. 10 mins from most Disney parks, great pool complex and splash park. Could do with a few more food options on site, but that is literally my only complaint.
