Outlets in all the bathrooms did not work Dining Options are limited with times (example- didn't open till 12:00 when posted hours are 11am and then they close by 11 -- they were already closed at 10:40 when we tried to go get stuff after the parks) Love the resort!

Replacement host was fine to deal with, as we lost out on our first choice, a 3 bedroom unit.

The property itself is amazing. There are so many things to do for any age, including the restaurant options. Bonus that our balcony overlooked the fireworks each night. We did have a couple hiccups during our stay, including our son getting injured at the pool and the staff being zero help and our condo smelling like smoke. I also didn't love that I couldn't get clear answers prior to our stay about what would be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) via Vrbo, and I was told to call the resort directly. It kind of defeats the purpose, and I would've booked directly with the resort if I knew the contact via Vrbo couldn't answer basic questions. Despite these couple of things, I still think the value is there if we were to go to the area and only do 1 Disney park day.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The location was excellent—less than 10 minutes from Disney Springs and most of the Disney parks, which made getting around incredibly convenient.The resort itself was beautiful, with multiple pools and lazy rivers that the kids absolutely loved. There was also a lovely trail around the lake, perfect for early morning and evening walks.The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and offered a wonderful view. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks before heading out for our park days. The layout was perfect for our group—each family had plenty of space and privacy, while the kids had a great time having sleepovers together in the living room.One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and memorable experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay and had everything we needed!

This was possibly the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The coffee pot was clean-- almost looked brand new. I have stayed at this resort many times, and I always like it; however, this time the rooms have been updated (great new decor!) and were so clean and nice. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing! So much to do. Kids loved all the pools and lazy rivers. Beds were comfortable. Staff were great.

Check in was less than smooth. Everything else was very good!

Rooms are nice, clean, no issues. Check in takes a bit longer as they make you visit multiple stations.

The amenities, location, and communication was excellent leading up to and throughout our stay! We will be sure to return.

Excellent stay!

The condo is large and very well laid out and fully equipped. We especially loved 2 bedrooms and a bath were on one end and the third bedroom and bath were at the other end. That worked perfectly for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was nice with a large dining table for everyone to be seated. We enjoyed the pools and outdoor spaces, they were beautiful and relaxing. Everything was well cared for and maintained. There was some construction in the courtyard area but it was easy to move around it. The construction demonstrated to us a property committed to making improvements, keeping everything updated and attractive. It is close to attractions, parks, and shopping. It was quiet and halls are wide and well lit.

Close to Universal and Disney. Staff are nice and grounds are well maintained.

We love Bonnet Creek, this was our second stay. We did have an issue with our room and they worked to get us a new room immediately. Great customer service, clean and very convenient to all parks and Disney springs. The host was very easy for booking

We had a fantastic stay! everyone had their own space. comfy beds. loved the shampoo and conditioner. we cooked and grilled. my toddler really enjoyed the splash pads and pools. activities every night! So close to Disney parks we saw the Fantasmic fireworks every night! would love to come back and enjoy more resort activities next time!

Everything was good!

Location location location! It’s wonderful for my family of 7 to be under one roof and not in separate hotel rooms. Facilities are perfect for us. The only hiccup we had, a dead battery in the keyless door lock, was addressed almost immediately by facility staff. It’s our third stay at this facility, and will be our location of choice for future Orlando stays!

Resort was very nice, but quite a bit of work being done and several pool areas closed off or being repaired. Our room also smelled of some spices or sour smell...nothing too awful, just odd

Overall pleasant stay. The biggest issue was lack of airflow in the one bedroom that had a queen or king single mattress. The air did not come in that room, there was no option to open the window and there was no fan. The rest of the space was wonderful and very close to Disney locations. It was very nice having a large selection of carts in the entry to be able to bring things in and out. Very convenient to have a text line to request towels, trash bags etc. One odd thing was we returned one day from the parks and every TV was turned on and there was a note from the hotel that our complaint regarding the TVs not working was reviewed and did not find any issues but we never filed a complaint about the TVs…

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Club. It appeared that the entire building that we were in (Tower 6) had been completely renovated. Our condo was in great condition and super clean . The same was true for all of the facilities at the resort. Kudos also to the staff, all were pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this resort.

Bar staff at Encimos was amazing!! Great food and drinks!Pool staff was very rude. Did not appreciate being yelled at when the pool closed for rain, all the while bar remained open right next to the pool.The room was clean but very dated decor and setup. No handsoap in bathroom. During checkout cleaning staff let themselves in without knocking , not a good exp.Bell services were fantastic as they helped load the car with our many bags.

Room wasn't ready 3 hours past check in time. They found another room which ended up being right next to nightly concerts which made it very difficult for babies to fall asleep.

The resort is beautiful with so many amenities. Our 3 bedroom condo was spacious, clean and even had a washer and dryer! The proximity to the parks is so convenient- we rented a car which made it very easy getting everywhere.

We had a wonderful time. The room was immaculate and there was never a shortage of things to do. The whole family enjoyed their stay!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

2 couples and 2 teenage boys. Perfect place for all of us. Boys loved the mini golf. Pools were great. Love all the hot tubs. Very well maintained property.

This was our first time staying at the resort and we loved it. It was easy access from the Disney parks and was clean. They worked great with us to get us in the same tower as the rest of our family. Look forward to visiting again.
