Stayed Jul 3, 2021The property was very well maintained. It was cleaned and trimmed very nicely. The room was perfect for what we needed. Found the front desk to be very helpful with anything that was asked.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great resort to stay at. It was a short drive to the outlet mall and just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. The room was spacious and offered so much more than a regular hotel room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great Resort! My family had a wonderful time, the resort was very close to all attractions. It was a pleasure to work with Megan, she was courteous and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about the resort and local area. Cant wait to go again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I'll start with the fact that I wish I could review the resort separately from the rental company that books this listing. The resort was very nice, very clean. It has nice amenities and lots of activities going on every day. The only negative was that the condos have very little noise barriers. The footsteps of the family above us was so loud that sometimes the pictures on the wall would rattle. This however was not a big deal because we only heard them during waking hours, but it is why we say 4 star resort. It would not stop us from a returning visit. Dealing with the company that books this listing, is the reason we give only 2 stars. We were given false information about the beds in the bedroom. This unit only sleeps 6, not 8. We were told via email that the unit had 2 king beds (after specifically asking about the size of the beds in each room.) It did not. They do not have any units with such configuration on the entire property. I had to inquire 3 days after booking for my confirmation that had never come. Once we arrived (after our 8 hour drive) the resort had not been notified that we were coming. It is a timeshare and our names were supposed to have been sent over. The front office manager was exceptionally kind and took care of us going on our printed confirmation from the rental agency and the trail of emails between myself and the booking agent that I showed him. We would stay at Williamsburg Plantation again, but not by going thru this particular rental agency
