2 Bedroom - Marriott's Newport Coast Villas - Full Resort Access

The staff at the property were incredible. The amenities are incredible. My family of 6 stayed for a week and had the best time. We only left the property 4 times. Will definitely be booking again.

Very nice, beautiful full of activity property. Staff very friendly especially at the grill by the pool the people that get the food ready. Just a few things that were not done in our hotel bathroom.

Many activities on site. Kids pool and s’more are the favourites. Easy access to the beach but can also stay on the property to keep the kids busy. Making parents’ life easier on vacation. The ongoing construction in the next building makes it less convenient going to the main building. But not a game stopper.

One of the two hotels that I will stay at in Newport Beach. Very convenient location, clean and a lot of options for the kids.

We loved our vacation and had a great time. We were there for the rains but we got creative and it was all good.

We loved the property! So convenient to Crystal Cove beach, great restaurants, great pools, staff was great!! Plan to stay again next time we're in CA!

Our unit was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation. The villa had a sea view and was near the pools and grills so everything we needed was easily accessible. This was our third visit because we love the property and all it has to offer.

Wonderful family, friendly resort! They have numerous activities for the children and various pools to choose from to have fun so they don’t get bored. My family loves it.

My family (3 of us) stayed for 5 nights in our condo.It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen, downing table, and living space. We were fortunate to have top floor (4th) with an ocean view and spent mornings on our balcony. The resort was at capacity but it didn’t feel that way. Our place was quiet at night. The fitness center had everything needed for a solid work out and grounds were well-maintained. Location is perfect and we enjoyed the e-bikes for a day riding along the coast.

The Marriott Coast Villas in Newport Beach is incredible. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and modern. We had everything we needed. The resort is beautiful and the people are very nice as well. We loved it so much that we bought a package to return :)! I strongly recommend it.

Our family of 7 stayed for a week at the Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas. With a large family it is usually hard to find a place to accommodate all of us. The villa was plenty big and having a kitchen to eat a few meals was a bonus! After leaving Cali we were headed to Vegas-the villa had a washer and dryer-so we didn’t have to pack many clothes. Outside of the villa-the views we’re beautiful. You could watch sunrises and sunsets with the Pacific in the background. The kids loved the koi pond, basketball, table tennis, and golf, which was all included with the stay. We spent some days at the pool and the hot tubs, and other days we made trips to the beach, which was super close! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We felt at home right away. The staff were kind, personable & helpful. Enjoyed the cucumber & lemon water at check in, and amazing view of the property from the check in area. The property was beautiful & well kept. We came right before hurricane hilary… the grounds were cleaned up the promptly in the following few days (leaves & pine needles). The landscaping staff were great. We came with 2 families, both rooms were just like the pictures, renovated & super clean, very spacious & good layout (1200 building). We are a family of five with three teenagers who were very happy with the set up. They loved the Starbucks from the hotel store in the morning. We were right by the waterslide pool which we used mostly, amazing view & pool even if you don’t have little ones. It had a bar for drinks if you want. Main large pools were amazing. All pools not crowded, lots of lounge chairs. The unit was well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen. Sofa beds were comfortable. Bedding & pillows were great. I liked the location, not in the middle of everything but so close. We used uber to fashion mall, local beaches. You could use the hotel tram though. We also had a rental van for the 2 families for further excursions. We parked right out front of building no problem. Got great pics & memories. First time here, want to come back!!! (We asked for a location with a good view & rooms to be close together a month prior to trip).

Loved our recent stay at Newport Coast Villas. Wonderful views of the Pacific out of our bedroom window. Great amenities on property to fit anyone’s needs. Highly recommend it
