Stayed Mar 18, 2025Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely love staying at this resort. It’s perfect for our family of 5. We have teenage sons that love to hike around the area and play basketball and baseball around the grounds of the resort and a two year old that loves the baby pool and splash pad. Everyone at the resort is so friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on returning next year! The desert ridge area has great restaurants and amenities and feels less crowded than other areas in and around Phoenix.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was a great resort and we had a great time! There was a lot to do and the staff were very friendly. It was great to have the shuttle service and access to the JW Marriott resort across the street. We used both resorts during our week stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Marriot Canyan Villas is a wonderful resort near the JW Marriot in Phoenix. The pools are wonderful. Great activities each day. The staff is outstanding and helpful. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pits each night too. A relaxing, clean and upscale resort.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969we enjoyed our stay at the Canyon Villas. It was conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do in the area. Our rooms were very nice, roomy and quiet!
