Stayed Oct 11, 2025When we first arrived later in the evening, we were assigned a tower that wasn't the same as my son and and family. We were also assigned a first-floor room which I did not want for many reasons. Although it still wasn't the same tower as my family, the check-in girl (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful in obtaining a more preferred room for us in the tower next to the rest of my family. The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular. 5 stars to this facility and the help we were given to accommodate our wishes.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We've stayed at this location for the past 7or so years .. we've never had anything but good experiences here! However, I've noticed the past 2 yrs we've requested a certain room and was told it wasn't available. We however learned this yr that those rooms are saved for the owners and not for the owners guest ! ... ok this year our room was in building 6 and our room was not clean and dated we've never stayed in a room in property that looked like this one . we cleaned our room .. We did make a complaint to the front seat of the building .. was told no rooms available but house keeping was available toClean.. we already cleaned it .. we stayed where

Stayed Dec 8, 2024Property and room were just as described. Lots of room for our family to make meals so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. Pools were great for the kids on days we needed a day off from parks.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Property location and amenities are great. Late check in (11:30pm) wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped but no horrible. One thing to note, the bathroom in the primary suite smelled like smoke and by the time I got to the room, I was too tired to request to switch. Once I unpacked I was not switching. So we dealt with it for 8 days. But it was weird. The smoke smell. It almost is like it came up through the laundry piping! Something the management firm should look into.
