1 Bedroom Villa Close to ALL Main Attractions in the Central Florida Area

In the heart of a favorite vacation and theme park destination is Marriott's Grande Vista. Spacious studio units have a kitchenette, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas feature fully equipped kitchens, separate living and dining areas, washers and dryers, private balconies, and Wi-Fi. There are four separate pool complexes and a quiet lake offering paddleboat rentals. Other amenities include The Marketplace convenience store, on-site dining, The Spa at Grande Vista, and a nine-hole golfcourse with a full-service golf school.

Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.

Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site).

The resort will be completing a renovation project of the sports complex from Apr. 20 through May 24, 2026. During this time our tennis, pickleball and basketball court facilities will be completely closed.

Construction/renovation/maintenance projects may be ongoing, year-round and are typically noted. For concerns about unforeseen projects, please contact the resort directly.

Resort will no longer be accepting cash from SEP 1, 2021.

This Getaway is nonrefundable. A refund will not be issued in the event of cancellation.
