Stayed Jan 3, 2026Gwen is a spectacular hostess. The cottage was quiet and private, anything I could have possibly wanted was already stocked in the unit, and the cottage was bright and clean.

Stayed Nov 13, 2024Nice, clean, peaceful and quiet place to stay while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Close to restaurants, the church, downtown, and the Parthenon which was also the wedding venue. Wonderful to come back to the cottage at the day’s end to unwind after the whirlwind of wedding activities!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024This cottage was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and cozy and had everything you need. We enjoyed the quiet once we returned after a night on Broadway. We used Uber to get where we wanted to go and it was around $15 during the afternoon and $25 at night. We could have drove ourselves but it was well worth the Uber fee to not have to deal with everything going on downtown. Highly recommend this cottage!! Thank you Gwen!!

Stayed Apr 11, 2024I was in the West Nashville area for three days of training and wanted a nice, quiet place to stay. The property and the property manager, Gwen, were great. Everything was just as described. The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect place to stay and rejuvenate before another day’s training. Gwen communicated everything I needed to know promptly and clearly. I will definitely chose this property again if I need to stay in the West Nashville area.
