Relax with long, lazy days fishing on the lake or bring your ski boat and enjoy a full day of water activities. Eagles, ducks and deer are often found here, but if you're eager for more...a visit to Northwest Trek is only a short drive away. Have more time A gorgeous drive to Mt Rainier is waiting for you!
r>We will accommodate your needs in every way we can. If you are looking for suggestions on the local area we are more than willing to be there for you (we live in the upper unit and are almost always home). We also understand that every guest has a different preference on how much interaction they have with the host. We try to be aware of each person's individual wants and needs and completely respect your privacy. You are on vacation and it is very important to us that you enjoy yourself!

In this peaceful neighborhood, we invite you to relish the serene ambiance and tranquility that the lakeside setting provides. We hope your stay is filled with moments of calm and a deep appreciation for the quiet beauty that surrounds you.

During your stay you will have complete access to our dock and we are happy to provide you with the FREE use of:
**Four Single Kayaks
**One Double Kayak
**One Stand Up Paddle Board
**10' Livingston boat with electric trolling motor (perfect for fishing)
**12’ Aluminum boat with electric trolling motor (also perfect for fishing)
We have several different children and adult life jackets to choose from, but cannot guarantee that we have your size.

...Have a watercraft you would like to launch There is a great boat ramp conveniently located at the campgrounds (they have a $5 fee) about a one minute drive from here. Once your boat is in the water you can keep it at our private dock for your entire visit.

Our dream of living on the lake has finally become a reality and we want to share our little slice of Heaven with you! During your stay you will have sole access to the mother-in-law suite (located on the lower level) of our Cedar Home. There is a solid core (locked) door that separates our unit from yours, providing you with complete privacy.

Accommodations include:
**Separate keypad entrance
**VIEW of the lake from EVERY ROOM (except bathroom;-) and 2nd bedroom
**Large Kitchenette, Granite counter top, Stainless Steal appliances: oven, microwave, double burner hotplate, (2) mini fridge (sorry-no dishwasher)
**Bedroom #1 Queen size bed
**Bedroom #2 Two twin beds
**Also available: a roll-away bed, a toddler bed, and a Pack 'n Play
**75 Flat screen Cable TV! (high-tech surround sound, blu-ray player and many movies provided). Cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, & Starz also available
**X-Box 360, Kinect (some games provided-they are not currently hooked up, but are available for your use)
**A game closet packed full of board games and books for you to enjoy!
*Although it is unlikely she will be seen during your stay, we do have an (adorable) Maltese hypoallergenic puppy and a Maltipoo that live in the upper unit with us. If they happen to hear you arrive, there is a chance they may vocally make their presence known, but luckily they are quick to quiet down again.

**Short and Long-Term Guests Welcome**

This lake house is located in a rural area and a vehicle will be necessary to access any local amenities.
There is designated parking reserved for our guests. It is conveniently located right out front. There will never be any parking issues here:)

Fishing is open year-round and Rainbow Trout, Largemouth Bass, Crappie, and Yellow Perch can all be found in Tanwax Lake. If you get lucky, grill up some freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill (we provide the propane). This can be found on the large covered deck that you have exclusive use of during your stay. A cozy bistro table is available for a quiet romantic evening for couples, or a family with kiddos may find the larger picnic table more their style:)

Need to get out of the sun but not ready for relaxing inside the air-conditioned house We have a large sun umbrella (and multiple deck chairs) that will provide a welcome shade for reading, relaxing, and visiting with your loved ones.

Lakeside Living Suite comfortably fits couples, families, and getaways with a small group of friends. If you are looking to accommodate a slightly larger group, please contact us to see if we can provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement.

**Liability Waiver:
Campfires, swimming, and the use of any watercrafts are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during you stay at Lakeside Living Suite and hold the Property Owners, Host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, swimming and watercrafts may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercrafts if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners, the host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all Guests, the Host, Lakeview Getaways, LLC and the Property Owners.
