Stayed Aug 9, 2025We had a lovely stay in this very clean property located in a quiet neighborhood! The location was perfect, a very short walk to the downtown shops and most importantly, a straight shot to King’s Ice Cream Access to the Georgetown trail is also not far. While we felt the kitchen could have been stocked a bit more fully and there were some very minor maintenance issues, the size held our party of 10 well and it was great to have the option of sitting outside on the porch for dinners, etc. We would go back!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Check-in and check-out were a breeze - the folks at Jack Lingo were friendly and helpful. The pictures capture the feel of the house. The house/kitchen is nicely appointed. The air conditioning worked very well, a separate unit for the 3rd floor primary bed and bath kept everything and everyone comfortable. A very short walk to ice cream, bars, restaurants. Great backyard with two tables. Parking on street was very good, also used the space in the back. Only bug was the wi-fi was spotty and is shared with the other half of the house and the router was on the other side so we couldn't reset. Also, cable tv was iffy but wasn't a priority for us.
