Clean, cozy place. Large bathroom, well stocked kitchen and very convenient washer/dryer. Perfect for 2 people but might be a bit tight for more than that.

I felt just like I was at home. Nice and cozy best vacation spot I have been to thus far. I will definitely come back....

Great location off the strip. The loudest thing I heard outside was birds chirping. Fully furnished with laundry, water bottles, outdoor stereo, patio, two person whirlpool, and an extremely soft bed. Peaceful retreat after a long day in the sun. Parking immediately outside the locked gate. No having to wait for valet or a 15 minute walk to your car. Would definitely stay here again and would fully recommend to anyone looking for a more relaxed Las Vegas experience.

Overall the property is worth the price. The proximity to the airport is great; it’s also close to the strip but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The host is very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to check out at 12:30p instead of 11am which was greatly appreciated. Having a private designated outdoor space was great, though it definitely needs some cleaning up. The inside of the apartment is modest, but efficient. The direct TV is terrible, a streaming box is a far better option these days, there was nothing on to even doze off to. Also, the apartment could use a thorough deep cleaning and as other reviews have said, the bed is uncomfortable. Overall the price is on par with the property.

This place is perfect for a Las Vegas vacation where you still want to feel like you had a vacation after visiting Las Vegas. Quiet, super clean, comfortable, great location off of the strip, we rented a car which made it easy. Everything you need! Super responsive host! We would stay here again 1000%. Couldn’t be happier! .

Awesome place to stay.

Pros: Host is a very nive guy; everything listed on the posting was there; location is really good; affordable; soaking tub is cool; I like that check-in was personal and we got to meet him in person and have a physical key instead of contactless codes; huge tv; couch is super comfy!Cons: cleaning is meh, surface level looked good but cleaners should do a better job deep cleaning (found a broken piece of class on the floor); bed is very uncomfortable; there is a sewage smell coming from the toilet, seems like the host knew about it but hasn't done much to fix it. Overall, very happy with the stay for the money. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back!

What a great stay we had at David’s rental! It was clean, comfortable and great communication. We Absolutely Loved the location, so close to downtown Las Vegas and an 8 min drive to the airport. The only thing I have to say on the downside is that the mattress was a little hard for our liking but that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again if we were ever in the area again!

Nice roomy, clean, comfortable place to stay in a safe neighborhood that is reasonably priced. Convenient power bars scattered around in different rooms. Big closets in the bedroom for our luggage and hanging up our clothes. Good communication with the host. Close to the airport so it was noisy sometimes but not bad and the neighborhood is otherwise quiet. The living room was large enough for doing yoga and exercises. We used this place as a home base for day trips to Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Spring Mountains Visitor Center and trails, and the Ice Age Fossils State Park Visitor Center. We enjoyed sitting outside in the enclosed patio in the evenings. (The outdoor plants and decorations need some sprucing up.) Kitchen is well stocked with Keurig, toaster, bottled water, some snacks and electric hot water pot. Too bad that previous visitors have scratched the coated pots and pans with metal utensils. Only negative was that the bed mattress has a waterproof cover right under the fitted sheet that is noisy and made me sweat - maybe a pad between the sheet and waterproof cover would make it more comfortable. And we could hear the neighbors' occasional muffled talking through the bedroom wall at night, but not enough to bother us. We did not use the spa bath tub but the shower was very nice. Parking was convenient right in front of the gate for easy unloading and loading our belongings. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay was wonderful

We stayed here for ten days. It's very spacious and nicely decorated. I felt like I was living in Las Vegas which is what I wanted. I spent most of my time driving around rather than on the Strip. It's a good quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood just east of the airport with easy access to 215 from Russell, or to the Strip via Tropicana. The host was wonderful with easy communication. We had all the amenities we expected. I would gladly stay here again.

Clean room ,amazing host, beautiful home

Place was very nice, clean and a comfortable Living space. The Bathroom was great, my Wife enjoyed the Jetted tub, and the kitchen was good as well. Our only complaint was we did not have access to the Thermostat. I assume it is in the main house, So Sunday night when we got back to the place, we had no AC, either it was broke or somebody had turned it off. The ceiling fans helped, just wish we could have turned on the AC.

This was the cutest space. The private patio was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun or the stars. The tub was top notch after walking 10 miles! The new creamer and sugar available for the keurig was much appreciated! Will definitely look into staying here again

Situated in a quiet, walkable community just 5–10 minutes from some of the best local food spots, about 17 minutes to the Strip, and only 10 minutes from the airport, the convenience truly doesn’t get better than this.The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The one bedroom layout was perfect for a business trip, and the bathroom was a standout feature, especially for a plus 1 the jacuzzi tub and triple shower heads make it ideal for couples or anyone wanting a little spa-style luxury after a long day.If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located stay close to everything Las Vegas has to offer, but without being directly on the Strip — this is it. Host was awesome. Communicated check in instructions and checkout in a timely matter. Place was clean and as advertised. Located in a nice neighborhood, I felt completely safe. Perfect for a getaway to Las Vegas for those who want to avoid the hotel hassle. Of note the entry is through the gate on the right.

Great place

We had stayed here in June/July for 2 weeks. It was close to the clinic we were going to each day so it was a perfect location. We booked again for 3 weeks in September/October. I had mentioned in our previous stay he needed better cookware. When we came the second time, he had replaced the old cookware with new. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. We will definitely book with him again when we return.

The property is a comfortable unit in a former single-family residence converted into a multifamily dwelling. It is located a convenient drive or quick rideshare from all major Vegas Strip attractions and the airport, in what is otherwise an unremarkable residential neighborhood. The host was very attentive, conscientious, and check-in/check-out were easy. We found the unit clean, wonderfully equipped, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. The bed is comfortable and features a form-fitting memory foam mattress. Overall, if you would like to live like a local conveniently located near major Vegas attractions this is a great place.

The place was big and comfortable. Clean and had good A.C. It was well stocked with everything that one could possibly need. I desired to get a quicker response time on an issue, but it was worked out and everything was fine afterwards.

This place fit our needs perfectly. We were there for 2 weeks. It was only a mile and half from where we were going each day so it made it so nice not to fight traffic. David was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. Was a nice place to stay.

We came in for a long weekend and wanted somewhere to stay off the strip but not too far. This fit the bill perfectly. We were close to the airport & other amenities such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. We did utilize the bedroom AC unit at night to sleep & did not hear planes overhead at all. The unit is a bit loud but that's my preference when I sleep white noise. The mattress was a bit firmer than we would have preferred so keep that in mind if you want a softer bed. Everything that we needed was in the unit & it was very very clean. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed in that did not have laminated signs everywhere & that was great! It felt more homey because of it. The shower was AMAZING. Plenty of hot water and multiple shower heads plus great water pressure when utilizing multiple shower heads. There is a Keurig with pods available, too. Also, plenty of bottled water. We did utilize the in-unit washer & dryer without issue, too.The host was great. We didn't actually meet him in person which is fine, but he was quick to respond when needed and we enjoyed our privacy. We would stay at this unit again without hesitation should we return to Vegas. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and we weren't too far from Fremont or the Strip. You cannot walk there but it's also only about 10-15 min in the car depending on traffic.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. David made the check in and check out process easy. We used this location to visit the Red Rock Canyon and it worked out very well. Great location near the airport too. Thank you.

David responded quickly to our questions about the check-in process. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15-20 minutes from the downtown core and about 10 minutes from the airport. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive from the property. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, such as dishes, utensils, pots/pans. David left us tons of drinking water. The washer and dryer were in good working order. The bathroom is huge! Overall, it was a great place to hang our hats at night.

We had a great experience, the apartment was well stocked andhad everything we needed in a very quiet neighborhood away from the chaos, but only about a 20 Uber away from the fun!

Great property. Dave was an excellent host. It was easy to get a hold of David and he responded promptly. The house was VERY clean, kitchen well stocked and the cold waters in refrigerator was a bonus. My wife and I had a great stay at Dave’s house. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and cute and spacious. It exceeded our expectations. We used the barbecue once and the jacuzzi a few times. Check in was a breeze. Nice and smooth. It is a property I would recommend and one I'd return to.

Great place to stay if you don’t want the casino craziness.
