So THATS how gourmet mushrooms are grown!! Overlooking the beautiful Walker Creek with huge trees, wildlife and lots of sun, this rustic, clean, cozy tiny home was built with the lovely gully in mind. Walking to Gibsons along the farm stand road allows us to enjoy the quiet, rural beauty and bounty only minutes from town. Truly the best of both worlds. Tiny is a non-conventional tiny home on wheels with an open floor plan for the feel of space, light and air... We know that not everyone can use composting toilets in their homes but we are lucky here to be able to give back to the planet with our bucket toilets, grey water filters and composting.....well everything.... ;) so be sure to ask for a tour of the mushroom facility and join us for some truly down to earth living. :)

We were pleasantly surprised with how adorable and unique this place was! We had never stayed in a tiny home before, but this everything we needed for our short stay in Gibsons. More than enough space for 3 adults, essential amenities, super clean, and the host was very informative and helpful!

Sarah was an awesome host! We got to learn about mushroom farming and composting and it was fun to stay in her beautiful tiny home. Sunday cider, Gibsons farm, and Whispering Firs park are all within walking distance and Gibsons town centre and Sechelt are short bus rides/drives. I highly recommend!

Sarah’s tiny home was a delight to stay in. The surroundings are beautiful, the tiny home tastefully decorated and well equipped for an effortless stay. It is very close to shopping in Gibsons and the marina just a short drive away. Make sure to ask Sarah for a tour of the mushroom farm - it is amazing. This tiny home is a great experience.

Accommodation had all the necessities for a one night stay though it only had one hand towel for two people and no face cloths. For two seniors, the stairs to the sleeping area was a challenge. Would not recommend if you have mobility concerns.

Check in was so easy, Sarah was nice and explained everything to do with the tiny house. The location was perfect and quiet. It rained most of the weekend and the getaway did not disappoint as this great place made it fun and we enjoyed our relaxation.

Very warm and hospitable, welcoming and super accommodating. At one point we had forgotten to get butter for a recipe and our host brought us some within a few minutes of asking. Sarah really went above and beyond. The space had so much personality, and made our whole trip feel all the more whimsical. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s! It was super cute, cozy and quiet, in a great location. A nice bike ride from the ferry, close to different restaurants & beaches. Would highly recommend YES cidery, cider was delicious, and the coffee/breakfast there in the morning was phenomenal! There was homemade Ukrainian food being sold on the property as well, which was an amazing surprise! Plus Sarah gave us a tour of her mushroom farm which was super cool and informative!! :) We will definitely be back!

Sarah’s tiny house isn’t just charming, it’s crafted. Every detail feels intentional, from the creek whispering under the loft window to the clever use of space. The bed is divine, the kitchen's amazingly usable, and the location is perfect. If you're craving a quiet recalibration in the woods - with plumbing that respects the planet and a host who is present, warm, and clearly invested in the land - this is your place. 'Tiny' is a design poem: compact but spacious, serene without being sterile, and rich in character.Come for the tranquility, stay for the composting toilet that makes you feel like a responsible adult. Will absolutely return.

We loved our stay in the tiny house! There was plenty of room for my family of 4. It was a great escape from the city, close to the beach with beautiful nature surrounding. We also loved seeing the mushroom farm and learning about the process of growing mushrooms. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully someday we will!

We have always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this stay checked all the boxes and more. Clean & comfortable within a relaxing, quiet setting (other than natures voice) was just what we like. Our kids thought they were in a fairytale and loved it so much they didnt want to leave. Our host Sarah was very nice, informative, great with our kids and delightful to talk with. The mushroom farm is super interesting and the tour through the labor intensive process was not only educational but fun to see.
