Stayed Oct 17, 2024Everything as advertised, and hosts always available if needed. Little touches to make the experience special. I only wish we'd had the chance to spend more time relaxing on the beautiful property, but we had people to see and F1 races to go to. Things that are important to me in a VRBO are super quiet, clean, a good hair dryer, basic kitchen and toiletry items, and a good bed. Over the years, I'd found it harder and harder to find accommodations that are as advertised - this one hits the mark on all these things and everything else in the listing. From a mileage standpoint, this is close to the city center (13-15 miles), but Austin traffic and construction is no fun, so the drive can be a little longer than you'd anticipate for the distance depending on the time of day.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023The location is great being just a short distance from a major hwy. Just a quick trip to either Austin or Dripping Springs with a great coffee shop and pizza nearby. Cute place to stay that's quiet and feels like your further out of town than you really are. It offered us everything we needed for our weekend stay.

The property was great - so quiet at night! - and the location was convenient to all of the events we attended. The space was pristine, beautifully decorated, and provided everything we needed. In addition, Kathryn was an incredibly responsive and friendly host.
