The casita is located on the same property as our larger Tempe Hideaway main house, which is also offered as a separate vacation rental. You may see or hear other guests coming and going during your stay, but the casita has its own private entrance and designated outdoor area.

We ask guests in both spaces to be considerate of one another and respect each rental’s designated areas.

Transit & getting around
Driving: very convenient — close to Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) and I‑10 for regional access; street parking typical for residential blocks. Public transit: served by Valley Metro buses and Tempe Orbit circulator shuttles; nearest Valley Metro light rail stations (Veterans Way/College Ave or Mill Ave/3rd St) are a short bus/ride away (10–20 minutes). Bike/walk: local streets and multi‑use paths along Rio Salado and Tempe Town Lake provide good short‑distance walking and cycling options. Rideshare/taxi: widely available.

By booking the Tempe Hideaway Casita, guests agree to follow these house rules throughout their stay:

★ Minimum Age: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on the property throughout the reservation.

★ Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests at any time. Only registered guests are permitted unless prior approval has been received from the host.

★ Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Quiet hours are enforced by the City of Tempe, and violations may result in fines or citations. Guests are responsible for fines incurred as a result of their actions or violations, to the extent permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Please be respectful of our neighbors and guests staying in the main house.

★ No Parties or Events: Parties, events, gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

★ No Pets: This is a no-pet property.

★ No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the casita.

★ Main House & Guest Privacy: The main house is a separate rental and may be occupied during your stay. Please do not enter the main house, its designated outdoor areas, or use amenities designated for main-house guests.

★ Outdoor Space: The casita has its own designated outdoor sitting area. Please remain within the areas designated for casita guests and respect the privacy of guests in the main house.

★ Parking: Please park only in the designated parking area and do not block neighboring properties, sidewalks, driveways, or access areas.

★ City Violations & Fines: Guests are responsible for fines, citations, or penalties resulting from their actions or rule violations during the reservation, to the extent permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law.

★ Respect the Property: Please treat the casita, furnishings, outdoor areas, and neighboring rental with care. Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

Violation of these house rules may result in action consistent with Airbnb policies, including cancellation of the reservation where permitted.
