TD Casette Pricci – Camera Timo

Casette Pricci is a charming complex of Trulli Immersed in the countryside of Castellana Grotte, composed of small housing units of Trullis and “lamie”, with pool (dim.4x10). All the accommodations are independent, each of them has its own kitchen facilities except for one of the units.
CAMERA TIMO is a double room with indipendent entrance, shared pool and shared kitchen.
The complex is equipped with all comforts and it has an area where all guests can take use of a large kitchen, big table, benches and barbecue. On the back laundry service. A staircase leads you to the pool with solarium and to the relaxation area with sofas in the shade of a pergola. Two outdoors showers at the pool. All around garden with flowers, ornamental plants and lawn that makes a frame around this beautiful building completely restored. The wi-fi signal in the area of this property is often weak or absent. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Castellana Grotte tourist city tax of 1,50 € per person per night.
6. Mid-stay extra linen: 25,00 € per person.
7. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of the garbage upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
10. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner
